⭐ 1-Star Review Title: Poor Service and Unethical Billing – Disappointing Experience at R City Mall Outlet

Visited the Pizza Hut outlet at R City Mall, Ghatkopar (Food Court) on 15th June 2025, and had a highly disappointing experience. I ordered two pizzas under the 1+1 offer (which should’ve cost ₹849), but the staff charged me full ala carte price for both pizzas (₹559 each) – totaling ₹1,118.

After noticing the billing error, I went back to the counter. Instead of helping, the staff initially denied that I mentioned the offer, even though I clearly did. Later they admitted their mistake, but refused to cancel or revise the bill, citing it wasn’t possible after billing.

To make it worse, they just scribbled a note with a pen on the bill saying I can use the offer next time. I’m not a regular customer, and I was not asking for a future discount — just a fair correction of the current overcharge.

Also, the bill was not printed properly, which made it hard to even verify at first glance.

This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable coming from a reputed brand like Pizza Hut. I expected better customer service and honesty. Strongly discourage others from visiting...

This mall is quite far from ghatkopar station. Need some kind of transport to reach. Place wise it is good.. For food court it is big but You have to wait for sometimes to get a place to sit is sometime drawback instead.. Dominos there is not good as compared to other branches of it. McDonald's and KFC are the one's which are quite good in taste and working largely there along with Gelato for ice cream lovers. Other meals are average in comparison. Good food. It's a comparatively smaller food court for volume the crowd that comes here So you will often find that during p cars of lunch and dinner you will actually have to wait for around 20 minutes to find a seat after which you would order and have your meal, further waiting for order to be on your table.

So what I generally do is if I reach the Mall by 12 I make sure that I feed my children around 12:30 so that I am sure that I will find a seat. This is a bed of inconvenience because you are not at the mall to eat...
