The day before I and my wife visited this place to make sure about the seating arrangement and ofcourse for the discount 730 I was charged for the veg buffet and the manager made us so comfortable that we just loved the place he spoke to us about there lovely food that we are going remember for the life The day 23rd April we were 23 in count I including my family total 6 members entered this place and we were said the manager had an off so some other person will help us with the food we said we have no issues My two kids were hungry as the time was already 9.30p.m they asked for some soup or starter but they told they will surve when all the 23 guests will be on the table till the time we can serve you welcome drink I said ok no issues as my guests will be coming in next 10 minutes My guests arrived in next 10 minutes and they started asking for which soup we want to all my guests this was nice After this they got starter which I just got 2 piece each and when I asked for more he said that I won't be able to eat main course as this will be to heavy if I eat more starter We didn't even finished talking for the starter and the main course arrived with just one roti for each guest when I asked that we are waiting for the roti can u please get 10 more as this is does not looks good waiting for roti he said the roti will dry out in the AC and so we are not keeping them on the table we will make fresh and serve you We didn't make any argument not even said any thing to the staff just paid my total bill for 16790 and walked out We didn't wanted to create a scene as it was my father in law's birthday and we don't wanted to spoil his birthday Please think before visiting this horrible place Oh yah food was pathetic and...

Let me first recommend that you please reserve the seat before visiting here as the joint is extremely popular and a 30 minutes waiting time is quite normal Also while you book please see to it that you book this particular restaurant instead of their Andheri joint. This happened to me thus you please check if you are booking at the Orlem branch. However, the staff were extremely courteous and tried to accommodate inspite of woking on 50% capacity due to Covid.

There were no valet however the security guard doubles up as a navigator and helps you find a place. We got a seat wherein we could view a water fountain and it looked wonderful. Also there are lot of glasses around and thus it gives a good ambiance to the overall place

We ordered a beer to start with a chicken roast made with Garlic pepper. While the order was taken the staff took quite a while to even provide yes glass and water. Along with the drinks we were provided chips and nuts in 2 separate glass bowl. Unfortunately no spoon was provided and thus as I looked around I realised people dipping their hand inside it and eating. This should be completely avoided during the pandemic as the same bowls were getting refilled and the left overs can be contaminated. Nevertheless, we asked for spoons and used it

For the main course we ordered a portion of mixed vegetables, and 1 multigrain roti and a Roomali roti. I have to accept that the food was extremely tasty and made really well. We thoroughly enjoyed it and ate as much as we could.

Overall tasty food leads to good footfall. A bit of care should be taken towards basic hygiene factors as mentioned...

I really wanted to LIKE this restaurant. Unfortunately it wasn't the case. The positives are the ambiance, it's very nice and the staff, service was good. That's about it! Ordered Paneer Tikka as starter and it was good! It went completely down hill from there! I had ordered the Palak Makai Lasun. It was below average. All I could taste was the Makai. Palak had no taste and there was no taste of Garlic either. Chef added a lot of oil, ghee. It's all I could taste. The server did offer to replace it but it just wasn't worth it. Finally for dessert we had the sizzling Brownie. Oh my god, it was TERRIBLE! I clearly asked the waiter if the Brownie was made the same day. He said well sort of. It was stale and the ice cream was of poor quality. Clearly it was not fresh and the taste reflected it. So dissapointed, again! Final bill including 2 roti, 1 bajra roti and 1 papad came to 1948. Definitely NOT worth it! On top 80 rupees for bottle water, scam! Few days prior we ate at Golden Delicacy just a few km down from Garden Restaurant. We had almost a identical meal. Except we had mixed subzi for main course and same amount of roti. Food was far better and total was 1700 for two. Highly dissapointed by Garden Restaurant. I told my waiter I would give them a good review. The good part was the ambiance and service. Also it took a long time to get our food. I don't plan to return anytime soon. One request, stop asking customers for personal details. Its bad enough we receive far too many spam calls and messages. It's not classy, it like a scam. Selling customers data.
