Landmark Veg Fine Dine — Restaurant in Mumbai

If anyone from the management reads this, please note that IT IS ILLEGAL to OVERCHARGE on PACKED/PACKAGED PRODUCTS WHICH HAVE PRINTED MRP. If a customer orders a packaged item inside the premises of your hotel, then surely you can levy charges as per your menu. But if the same packaged item is ordered for home delivery or brought off the shelf / take away, then you HAVE TO charge AS PER MRP. I was overcharged ₹18 on a bottle of Pepsi which I ordered off Swiggy. The MRP on the bottle was ₹30. THATS ILLEGAL. Next time I would be forced to take legal action against your establishment since this has happened plenty of times in your past orders as well. The customer doesn't grow their money on trees. Just like you and your staff we work hard to earn our living. So next time think twice before fleecing customers. Yesterday I had visited Landmark Veg Fine Dine and the experience with it not so good as far as hygiene is concerned, as far as food is concerned they are taking thier proper charges but as concern to proper hygiene they not taking care of it Yesterday only I had found many small flies around the food while having , so it's become very unhygienic to have that food i would specially recommend it should be taken special care as while having such things if anythings happen to us who is responsible

The management is not taking this seriously I hope that's why they are not taking care at all

I personally recommend that the complaint of such things should be given food authority so that the management should take some action in hygiene
