This newly opened place is 4th outlet of global fusion n in 10 years times they have grown slowly but very steadily upwards n with the hospitality n food they offer I am sure they will go long way from here .. This huge place right inside atria mall will struck one with great ambiance it has.. Look is totally posh.. Perfectly soothing dim lighting n mild music played in background will just sets up one's mood for perfect dine in.. They have seating arrangements for all kinds of group from couple to group of even 20/25 people, they can accommodate all.. They also have red cage types private dining areas, which looked simply stunning, where group of 6/8 ppl can dine in n they do charge 15% extra for it.. They have buffet as well as ala carte out here but will recommend to try their buffet which is simply lavish having wide varieties of dishes n almost every dish had right flavor n taste to it.. Best thing about buffet out here is the chit system.. One can stroll at starters counter n then they can write down name of starters they willing to have on chit n hand it over to servers who ensure that its served pipping hot on ur table.. Loved the concept.. They have live counters also where variety of fresh teppanyaki food n sushis are prepared.. Food was simply stupendous.. Right from starters to main course everything was of top taste n surely can guage it was prepared with finest ingredients .. I started here with lemon coriander soup n it was absolutely delicious n perfect way to start meal in refreshing manner.. Also tried veg manchow soup which was not that thick as I would have liked but it tasted so authentic n was simply delectable.. I tried almost every starters in veg section n all of them were superb.. Amritsari tikka, peppper mushrooms, veg falafel, crispy pao, veg tacos, rosti potato bruschetta, Paneer tikka, veg sheekh kebab all these items tasted so good.. I personally loved dimsums out here n they tasted so authentic n had right flavour to entice my tastebuds .. Cheesy broccoli n poached vegetable dumplings were too good.. We had Kimchi veg bao which was simply superb.. Buns were steamed well n was perfectly fluffy n had really mouthwatering fillings in it.. Top stuff.. One coming here should surely try sushis served out here.. Very authentic in taste n one of the best places in town to try sushi if u r craving for it.. They had 7 varieties of sushi in veg section n some of them were quite creative ones like pineapple one n dragon fruit one which was so good.. In mains had Paneer vegetable n one palak vegetable along with garlic naan n roti.. Vegetables were very nice but breads were totally let down as it was not at all hot n was bit chewy.. If u have sweet tooth then desserts options will surely satiate it as there is so much on offer.. Cheesecake, mousse, jelly, pastry, cookies, halwa u ask n they have it all n whatever I tried from these was perfect.. Also try shots out here which were so good.. Loved coffee shot n lemon ice jelly shot which was really toothsome.. They have decent cocktails n mocktails menu, not plenty of variety but enough for one to choose from.. We tried two mocktails out here n they were very flavourful .. We had out of the school which is basically a guava juice having a bit of black salt n chat masala in it n was so refreshing one n fresh.. Also had minions which is basically a banana milk shake having roasted hazelnut, pomegranate syrup n fresh cream in it.. It was good but quite heavy on tummy.. Service was of top notch.. Staff were professional, well dressed n were very courteous.. I believe service given out here should be same elsewhere as service enhance dining experience.. Rates wise some may find it expensive but trust me it's worth every penny.. Overall I had amazing experience out here.. I will Rate this place as one of top 5 best places in Mumbai to try buffet
PS- THEY HAVE DIFFERENT KITCHEN FOR PREPARING VEGETARIAN FOOD N THEY DO ALSO SERVE MOST OF THE DISHES SERVED IN BUFFET IN JAIN...

SASHIMI
Salmon - RAW fish - Original flavour, Try it for fun. Tuna - RAW fish - Try it for experimentation. Reddy snapper - RAW fish - Real taste of Japanese culture. They all taste similar to raw coconut.
DESSERTS
Mango Shot - The KING of deserts!! Must Try. The best of the best amoung all. It is not displayed on the desert counter, you will have to ask for it there.
PRO TIP - Always order a lemonade and sip it in extremely small quantities in between various dishes to change your pallate and enjoy every dish to the fullest without the flavours of the previous dish overpowering your tastebuds.
Order only 3 dishes on the table at one time. This helps you to consume the delicacy fresh and hot and get ready for the next. If you haste and order too much at one go, you will end up making the other dishes wait and go cold (due to AC) which makes them instantly non edible and you end up wasting a lot of food. You dont want to get off the table with lot of uneaten food on it, it simply looks mannerless specially at such a high end location.
Order a big glass of warm water and drink it between dishes to clean your throat. This trick helps you in proper digestion and as a preventive measure from making you feel loathed at the very end of the buffet. Warm water also makes wonders to completely clean your palette and make you ready to savour the next dishes wholeheartedly.
Always visit here with Good time at hand. Go very slow with the dishes and enjoy every morsel. We visted here at 7pm and left at 11pm. Keep your approach relaxed and collected. Dont flow with the excitement.
You can visit the washroom to rinse your mouth after every 3 dishes. This simply helps you to relish the upcoming dish with uninfluenced tastebuds.
MUST MUST TRY!! TOTALLY WORTH EVERY TIME & MONEY!
Great Ambience Plush...
Read moreWe were at this picturesque restaurant just tonight for their lavish buffet. They’ve set up at the newly loaded Atria Mall. Atria which was a pretty dead place until now is suddenly buzzing with activity with a tonne of new restaurants and brands opening up.
The ambiance at Global Fusion is par excellence. I’ve been to three out of their four total outlets in Mumbai - Sakinaka and Bandra but the Worli one wins hands down. It’s lit up in the right places - focus on the little fishes and the display along the tables instead of directly on the tables. Has an extremely fine dining feel to it.
Service is brilliant. People are always around to help you and the starters are served quickly. For those of you new to the concept, there are dishes kept on display with paper chits around them. One simply needs to pick up the name chit of the dish they want to consumer and hand it over to the server. The server would then have the dish made fresh for you and serve it at your table. Being a buffet, you can obviously reorder whatever it is that you want.
They serve a lavish meal with atleast a 150 dishes available. I haven’t really sat down to count but that seems like a plausible number and for the first time I have the feeling that no length of review could possibly do justice to the brilliant variety that is being served, but I’ll still give it a shot.
They serve the below:
Sushi - both in veg or non veg Soup - two options each in veg and non veg Salad - three to four varieties in veg and non veg both Cut Fruits - four cut fruit options Veg starters - they had a separate counter itself for the vegetarian food which is great. They have a format of having four to five readymade dishes and the rest are all made to order. About 20-30 options in made to order including baos, dimsum, Indian and Chinese starters having the staples of paneer, corn, potato etc. the crispy corn and the cheese corn balls are to die for.
Non Vegetarian section - the non vegetarian section Also has the five to six readymade starters and the option of made to order. The non veg expanse is much larger. I would assume close to 30-40 options. My favourites are: Tempura prawns Prawn crackers Baked cheese prawns Surmai Fry Prawns suimai Chicken fried wing Lemon herb fish
The main course has a good spread of Indian as well as Chinese. Tried a little bit of both the cuisines. Loved the little steamed buns with the combination of mutton masala. I know it’s slightly unusual but I loved the soft, slightly sweet buns with the contrast of the spice - the perfect balance. The fried rice was pretty good as well.
Dessert - moved onto the desserts with very little space in the tummy. Here again it was a mix of Indian and Chinese and was not quite okay. One’s marginal utility also contributes to desserts losing out on mind share. The baskin Robbins ice creams are great. Noticed that this outlet had a much larger spread of dessert as compared to the others that is well appreciated.
Had a great time at Global Fusion and would definitely recommend this for a family night out or simply if you’d want to...
