Had ordered 1 Veggie Delight pizza and 1 watermelon basil cooler. Pizza-2/5 We have had better pizza at a better price. It was thin crust and hard. Tasted below average. Nothing special or great about it. Didn't find it worth the price. Watermelon basil- 2.5/5 Taste was ok. We paid around Rs.960/- including service charge and gst. Service- Absolutely slow. We stood there for some time looking for someone to clean the empty table which was very near to their service counter. When no one came forward to attend us we had to go and call someone 2-3 times to get it cleaned. Plus they couldn't find the cleaning materials (which was visibly kept at a corner). I ordered pasta with white sauce for my kid in which they put lots of salt when complaint they said they’ll replace it with another pasta we said it to pack the new pasta made with less salt so that we can take home they said yes and they packed the same pasta and gave us they never made new pasta Pathetic kind of service this was. Is this how treat ur customers by deceiving them?? Really shame on ur restaurant chefs m really disappointed will never come to your cafe again in future. When u charge for certain things at least make a genuine decision. If u deceive like this then it’s really bad on ur part really very bad experience. Will never recommend...
