Food was good, but service was not—2 of the 5 dishes we ordered did not come, including 2 of the 3 veg dishes we ordered, and we were told after we got our other food that they would be 20 more minutes, so we had to skip them and those of us who are veg only had one dish to eat. It is okay to miss a dish every now and then, but to miss 40% of what we ordered and not apologize at all was frustrating.

Additionally, one of our drinks was left off of the bill and after we had paid and gotten ready to leave the server looked at the bill and told us that we had not paid for our soft drink. We gave him 100 rs and then had to wait another 10 minutes for change. Unfortunately we also saw mice in the AC hall. Good enough food but not worth it for the service...

I think the hotel staff does not understand the meaning of service industry. First they themselves initiate and handover their menu and ask us to place an order later when you place an order from home they will straight away decline it in a rude manner. On top of that they ask you to come and pick up. Dude there are 100 of restaurants around you. Neither your food is that great nor your service pathetic people and staff. Would never succeed in this manner. Never place an order or eat at...

Worst experience ever. I placed my order 1 hour before, but they gave food to others who came later and ignored mine. In the end, they told me my parcel was “not ready.” Such poor service, full of attitude and ego. If you are vegetarian, please never go to this hotel. Totally disappointing!
