Pizza Hut | Chinchpada, Mumbai — Restaurant in Mumbai

I had placed and Online Ordered yesterday at 20:25 from Pizza Hut App. I had guests at my Home. Till 9:10 there was no show from Pizza Hut. I tried calling the call centre just to get disappointment as out of 5 calls I have made 2 calls were hung up by the call centre executive citing no voice and 3 calls extended till 20 min just to share they are helpless and will arrange a call back which didn’t happened. I went to the Offline store Pizza Hut Star Plaza where the Order was kept ready but not delivered since they had no riders however while I was standing there I could see an arrogant delivery rider of Pizza Hut there who was not even bothered to prioritise my delivery, since I was already there I took the Ordered stuff myself and reached home just to find out that 1 Pizza out of 3 was missing, Pizza Hut store guys had my number but they don’t even had a courtesy to call back or delivery that 1 missing pizza. I had to go back all the way to Store to collect the missing Pizza. The Pizzas, Melts and Sides were all no more remained Hot as they would have kept ready long back. I had to serve my guest the cold pizzas. While I shouted on the staff there about the careless customer service the person incharge said “Mujhe ghanta fark nahi padta” do whatever you want. This has to be the worst pizza outlet I have ever visited. From the moment I walked in, the experience was disappointing. The fan near the entrance was making a loud, irritating noise, setting a very uncomfortable atmosphere right at the start.

I had booked my meal through the Dineout app, but the staff outright refused to accept payment via the platform, which was highly unprofessional and inconvenient. To add to the poor service, they served me a warm cold drink that had no fizz at all – completely unacceptable for a brand like Pizza Hut.

The wait time was unbearable. It took them more than 40 minutes to serve the order, which is by far the longest I’ve ever had to wait at any pizza outlet. The staff were mostly untrained and seemed clueless about ongoing offers or even basic menu knowledge.

The food didn’t redeem the experience either. The garlic bread was dry and lacked flavor, and the “South Ferry Pizza” was probably one of the worst-tasting pizzas I’ve ever had. On top of all that, the AC wasn’t working, making the dining experience even more uncomfortable.

Overall, a deeply disappointing visit. Definitely not what you’d expect from an international chain. I would not recommend this...

i waited for an hour for my pizza and still didnt recieved any single piece of it. i inform the server to get my order for which he asked me what is your order and what to get. i was super pissed and annoyed at the same time. being from the hospitality industry i didnt wanted to scream at yell on any of the staff members. i paid for the complete meal and guess what left without eating a single pizza. this is what Pizza hut is serving and raising their standards. i dont want any concession or any further favours from you however if a guest is coming in your outlet it seems hes nothing but just a come and go customer. too bad service and food ofcourse no idea as i didnt get...
