I recently visited Restaurant with high expectations, looking forward to a pleasant dining experience. However, I left feeling deeply disappointed and frustrated due to their unreasonable policy on washroom usage. I was denied access to the washroom without placing an order, which I found to be an unwelcoming and customer-unfriendly practice. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I noticed the vibrant ambiance and the inviting atmosphere. The staff seemed friendly at first, and the menu featured an enticing selection of dishes. Unfortunately, my initial positive impression quickly faded when I needed to use the washroom and was informed that I couldn't do so without ordering food. While I understand that restaurants aim to prevent misuse of their facilities by non-customers, this policy seemed excessively strict and unfair. Denying basic human needs, such as access to a washroom, goes against the principles of good customer service and basic hospitality. It made me question the restaurant's priorities and concern for their patrons' comfort. Moreover, this policy could potentially create uncomfortable situations for customers, especially those who are in a hurry or have urgent needs. Requiring patrons to make a purchase before allowing them to use the washroom creates unnecessary stress and inconvenience. It also sends a negative message, suggesting that the restaurant values profit over the well-being and satisfaction of its customers. As a result of this unpleasant experience, I felt compelled to leave the establishment without even sampling their food. It's disheartening to think that such an unnecessary policy overshadowed what could have been a positive dining experience. I genuinely hope that [Restaurant Name] reconsiders this policy and adopts a more accommodating approach to customer needs. In conclusion, I cannot recomend this place based on my experience with their unreasonable policy on washroom usage. Denying a customer access to basic facilities without first making a purchase is not only inhospitable but also reflects poorly on the establishment's priorities. I encourage the restaurant management to revise this policy in order to provide a more welcoming and...

Average food.
The service was going at a snails pace. 2 glasses of sweet lime soda took 20 mins to arrive after much pleading and coercion.
If that wasn't bad enough I had unfortunately ordered a Chinese chopsuey in a south Indian reaturaunt wanting to try something different that day. I once again had to wait 20 mins to get any clue if they even knew how to prepare the dish. Trying to get the waiters attention was like trying to get your high school crush to give 2 F#*@%s about you. I then finally had to scream and ask him to cancel the order, to which he begged '5 min' saar, which eventually took another 15 mins to come.
The other patrons in the restaurant had similar complaints. One even went up to the kitchen and enquired how long it was going to tale for the food to come.
A pretty pathetic experience for me and my wife. I hope no one else goes...
