The food is amazing but the experience we had with the staff was extremely shocking. Purchased 3 cupcakes and a brownie. We were initially not given a bill stating the printer was not working. It felt a little off and we felt we were overcharged. As we sat to eat we recalculated and we were charged for an extra brownie. When we confronted the counter about this they initially said they cannot refund and will have to give a credit note (and the printer is magically fixed in two minutes). We stayed adamant and got our refund after some back and forth. Plus one of the cupcakes was of the wrong flavour, we told them to have that exchanged as well but because of the back and forth regarding the refund we returned the incorrect cupcake but forgot to collect the correct one(a specific flavour, last piece). When we got back to our seats we realised we were missing the replacement cupcake and were back at the counter in two mins which was more than enough time to unpack the cupcake we asked for and put it back on sale. Must really appreciate the slide of hand by the staff, it was pretty obvious this wasn't the first time they played this trick. Will have to be way more vigilant during my next visit. Fingers crossed the service meets the quality of the cakes next...
Read moreBeware, for I am compelled to recount my experience with a sense of foreboding. How peculiar it is to witness such an unsettling disparity between expectations and reality. With patience tested in a seemingly endless queue, we ventured into the heart of this acclaimed establishment, only to uncover an eerie deception. Our selections, it pains me to admit, were nothing but subpar offerings cloaked in an illusion of grandeur. Each dish, a malevolent concoction of excess sweetness, pushed the boundaries of acceptability, nearly plunging one into a nightmarish state of nausea. Cupcakes and brownies, parched and devoid of life-giving moisture, bore witness to the desolation that had befallen this desolate bakery. The celebrated Banana pudding, an icon in name alone, revealed its true nature as a soulless impostor, demanding an exorbitant ransom for its unwarranted pretension. It becomes abundantly clear that one could attain the same dreadful fare at a pittance from a nearby, unsuspecting juice vendor. In the interests of your culinary well-being, I implore you to reconsider your intention to visit this abyss...

The banana pudding is, hands down, the showstopper—light, creamy, and perfectly layered with fresh bananas and vanilla wafers. It’s one of those desserts that actually lives up to the hype. The cupcakes are beautifully frosted and come in a variety of flavors, with the classic Red Velvet and Vanilla Buttercream being must-tries. Everything feels nostalgic, like a sweet hug from the past.
Service is usually quick and courteous, and the staff handles the constant crowd like pros. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality and brand legacy make it worth the occasional indulgence.
