Disappointing Experience at Mani’s Cafe, Nariman Point
Sundays are for fun, so my friends and I took a pleasant coastal drive to Nariman Point and stopped by Mani’s Cafe for breakfast — a place we've visited frequently at other branches.
We reached at 11 AM to find the restaurant quite crowded, which initially seemed promising. We went ahead and ordered two regular plain dosas and one butter sada dosa. Surprisingly, the person at the counter (who seemed like the in-charge) told us that the regular dosa is the same as the butter sada dosa — costing ₹90 instead of ₹60.

Pros:
Dosa tasted good
Location is convenient
Cons:
Hygiene could be better
Staff tried to charge more despite lower-priced option being available
Poor customer service and lack of transparency
Verdict: Not recommended. While the food was decent, the service and ethics were disappointing. There are more honest and cleaner options in the area....
