We entered and after billing I had to tell the boy to pick up the luggage. Mostly they willing take it in other hotels with a smile. The rooms were good and comfortable. The breakfast was not that good. They live in Mumbai and cannot make a good sambhar. The options were limited. Even if it was a buffet system, the waiters were available roaming around so after my breakfast, feeling lazy to get up, I requested for coffee to one of the waiter but he indirectly refused to bring it and told me to help myself. That was quite rude. The waiter was concentrating only on the foreigners. He cannot bring just one coffee. These small incidents make a big impact when we pay all the price plus service charge, GST, cst and what not.. They have to keep the customer happy and oblige to them and not like they are the owners of the hotel and selecting the people they want to serve. All have paid your charges. Serve all. Its like common Indian have to bear their tantrums and they will show the foreigners how good they are. What's the use? Stick to your hotels ethics and be impartial. Their salary might not be equal to our one day income but they behave like owners of the hotel. And have a smile for every customer, don't stand like a zombie on the reception. The lady receptionist was good. She was all smiles and courtesy. The two stars are for her and the room service boy who politely wished good morning with a smile.The rooms were luxurious.    Read moreGood hotel, clean and spacious rooms in an easily accessible location. The road outside is under construction so be prepared to be shocked out of deep sleep when the noisy machinery comes into action early morning. Its obviously not the hotels fault but your dreams will be shattered :-)
Smaller hotels in remoter parts of the country provision for take away breakfasts when we have to catch early morning flights. But not here.
Restaurant staff is slow responding, unfriendly and suspicious. I was running late for my event and asked for a take away carton to pack my breakfast to take away with me. They respond "we don't have take away boxes. Please take what you can in napkins". Then the guy incharge checked the computer system whether I was really a resident at the hotel. And after verification still did not come up with any friendly suggestion to help, not even a paper or plastic bag. I informed the Reception of the unfriendliness & lack of a simple facility (such as take away box), there was no response, not even lip service.
This is the first hotel I have seen in India where they ignore you so completely.
Will recommend for the rooms & physical comfort but not for the staff or restaurant. One can got to the several eateries & food chains within walking distance. Date of stay...

But strange Who so ever is present there he did not tell his name after requesting two three times. That person did not have small courtesy to guide Guest in emergency if they don't have space or they don't want to help in side. So Poor service from reception desk as service industry person, Highly unsupportive staff for emergency situations. It happen on date 21/10/21 night. Hotel didnot follow international standred at all with guidelines. No business from My side...
