Raju’s kitchen — Restaurant in Mumbai

A day back we had gone for dinner at RAJU'S KITCHEN Kandivali (West), we ordered a non-veg main course with boneless chicken & butter roti but in return we received main course with bones also with small pieces of bones and tandoori butter roti was without butter and was served cold. Then half lollipop which was too over priced for just 3 pieces. Then Full RAJU'S special biryani and received was not biryani at all and was tasteless. I don't know if they know what we asked for. And when we complaint about it manager told us its the same what they serve and they have no consistency in food either like other other branches. And then we asked manager to give us half veg dum biryani in exchange of that special biryani, so surprisingly he acted smart I guess over smart and gave us that same biryani cooked again as dum biryani which we realized later because we took...

Worst resturant everrrrr! My recent order from Raju Kitchen was a total disaster. This ridiculous disgusting resturant doesn't know the difference between jain food and non veg food. I ordered jain triple fried rice with Manchurian gravy , and in the rice there was a piece of chicken, and Manchurian gravy was smelling so bad . Whoever is pure vegetarian my request to you guys is never visit this restaurant or order...

So I had a visit to the restaurant this afternoon, everything seemed to be good but still it's unfair what happened today! Please stop making fool to your by adding unnecessary taxes in your bills all restaurants are not allowed to charge GST and if so the customer can deny to pay if he or she dint wanted to! I would never ever recommend anyone to visit...
