Sandwizzaa Goregaon East — Restaurant in Mumbai

I ordered from this place today after having a good experience from last time. Veggie Mayo Toast & Hot Chilli garlic toast. However, both the toasts weren't that great. They were average at best with veggie mayo being the more tolerable one. It had finely chopped vegetables but it seemed to have too much cream or milk of some sort that it felt like having bread with milk. The hot chilli garlic has to be the weirdest one I've ever had in my entire life. Instead of chilly & garlic it seemed to have a weird combination of tomato ketchup, hot sauce & Schezwan sauce which made it unbearable to consume. Had to stop eating it midway to save my taste buds. Definitely not my cup of tea. The sandwiches were slightly soggy by the time they reached me, came in good packaging and included a green chutney + the same red chutney/sauce that was in the toast. I have always been a fan of the sandwiches at this place. Everything was great when I was ordering on Zomato at different locations as I travel in the city for meet sometimes. One day I planned to go and pick up myself from the Goregaon east outlet as I had sometime on hand. Firstly the gentleman at the counter seemed to be least bothered to attend leave alone saying a Hi or Hello…. (Store was empty) Order processing was okay. During pick up he packed everything the wrong way which I could not figure at that time. When I opened it up for lunch. The box was upside down and in a weird position and the chutneys were even below that which all together should have been the other way around.

I am a business owner and if I had anyone in my staff would have been doing this, they would have known personally what customer service is.

We were quite happy and satisfied with this Sandwizzaa outlet with very tasty and delicious Sandwiches here. Me and my friend were decided to visit here for snacks and to spend some quality food time . The fries were delicious crispy and dips were good.
