Starbucks — Restaurant in Mumbai

Just 3 months back, I had praised this place so highly because I had ordered via Swiggy

but when you go there, the story is very different

The staff is so so so rude and the worst you could ever come across.

They sell you things you don't want and then charge you even more, lying/ faking the prices (I have all the bills and their rate cards pics but it is just too many to upload here )

To top it all, they don't know how to talk to customers and they LIE big time (happened twice with me, was a fool to visit the second time)

There literally is a loot and cheating fraud going on in this place so Enter at your own risk !!!!!

Beware of Dipti, Faizan and Sameer --- such a loot gang and BIG LIARS They can become the store manager at their convenience to cover-up their fraud, loot and cheating and will lie at your face !!!!

Despite paying high prices, you are not sure how long it will take for the order to be served

The food and deserts-- you cannot guarantee their freshness

Sitting --- The place, due to its locality is always full with people who rarely buy anything here (smart folks and just use free wifi)

There are people who would be coughing and sneezing constantly with nothing purchased on the table, yet they are treated royally

whereas if we pay atleast 2K+ for their bill (its an expensive place), are literally tortured about everything

I will never recommend this place to anyone If I could, I would give it a minus10 rating

The experience for me has been torturous because of...

I was quite happy that this opened in my area. Unfortunately, the staff is extremely rude and sent me away from the gate twice in a two claiming that they don't allow customers in post 10 pm due to "covid protocols" and asked me to order on Swiggy or Zomato. What's more is that at the very same moment they let in 2 women in to collect their gift items notwithstanding their "Covid protocols". When I argued about it, they claimed that if you want, you can come in to collect your gift. But not to order coffee. The worst treatment i could've had...

This was my first visit to Ghatkopar's Starbucks location. This is a pure vegetarian outlet to kindly take a note of it. The Barista was very professional yet friendly and explained to me the drinks very patiently. He also gave me great pairings for my Cold Brew White Mocha with Caramel Drizzle.

It was not as noisy as the other Starbucks which is a huge plus. They don't mind people working there which is something I genuinely appreciate about Starbucks as a business. The wifi speed was pretty good as well.

I'll keep visiting this outlet...
