I just had to change my Previous 5 Star review to 1star! Lately we have been getting very bad experience in 99 Pan Cakes Ghatkopar Branch Especially from One Staff (Idk his name). One time He denied our Order as he had lots of orders online and was not ready for Offline orders which I found really illogical as it's not a cloud kitchen!! 2nd Time, we had ordered Pancake of the Day. Usually You have a policy of paying first then eating. But he insisted on having the food and paying later as he was busy. Later On, The Guy started demanding the Full price for the Pancake we had as it was Past 12 & the "System" Cannot Accept the discounted price!! We absolutely loved these delicious mouth-melting pancakes at 99 pancakes. It is a small outlet at borivali serving goodness on a plate! The desserts were very yummy and certainly it is a trendsetter to the pancake haul in Mumbai!
