On multiple occasions, I’ve found that the sandwiches were excessively doused in sauce, to the point of saturation. Hoping for a better experience, I opted for a salad, only to find it was treated with an equally heavy hand, resulting in what can only be described as a ‘salad soup.’ This consistent over-application of dressing seems to reflect a lack of attention to detail or perhaps an oversight in training regarding portion control. I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway outlet. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. There are no labels on the ingredients, yet they expect customers to know everything without any guidance. When asked for assistance, they respond with arrogance instead of helping.

It seems like just because they are located inside Ambani Hospital, they feel entitled to mistreat customers. Basic courtesy and customer service are completely missing here. Definitely not the kind of experience one expects from a well-known brand...
