Third Wave Coffee — Restaurant in Mumbai

We recently visited Third Wave Coffee and tried a mix of their food and beverages. Here’s our experience:

Spicy Chicken Sandwich – This was a solid choice. The chicken was crispy and well-seasoned, with a nice level of spice. The bun was soft, and the portion size was decent. It could have used a bit more sauce to balance the heat, but overall, it was satisfying.

Strawberry Milkshake – Creamy and rich, with a fresh strawberry flavor. It wasn’t overly sweet, which we appreciated. The consistency was just right—not too thick or too runny.

Choco Caramel Latte – This one was a winner. The balance between chocolate, caramel, and coffee was spot on. It had a smooth texture and wasn’t too sugary, making it a great choice for those who enjoy a well-balanced flavored coffee.

Choco Hazelnut Frappe – If you love Nutella-like flavors, this frappe won’t disappoint. It was indulgent, chocolatey, and had a good hazelnut kick. The texture was creamy, and it wasn’t overly icy.

The ambiance of Third Wave Coffee was cozy, making it a great place to sit and relax. Service was quick and friendly. Overall, a good experience, and we’d definitely return...

This was a quick visit. The cafe is small. 1st mention: the veg paneer tikka sandwich. I loved it. I had requested them to not add too much sauce/mayo/ketchup. The sandwich was made exxxactly as I had expected. Thr size is also good. Although, I felt, price is a little high. 2nd mention: cafe late with hazlenut flavour. I thought that the hazlenut (syrup) taste was stronger. Than usual. Quantity regular was ordered but I felt coffee can be a little more. Quantity was less. Staff here are sweet. I requested to bring coffee after a while. I wanted to eat first. After sometime, the staff reminded me of coffee in a most warmest manner. "Mam would you want to have your coffee now? Shall I bring?" The chairs are comfortable but side seats near walls are not comfy in case you are going to sit for long. They have a llllot of sockets so good place if you want to catch a place and work. It may feel too crowded if you are sitting as space is less. And sitting is too close in proximity. So do not attend a girlfriend/boyfriend/stakeholder's call 😅

update to my earlier review. they've really worked on my feedback and turned this into a five star experience. I was served by Siddhi and Siddhesh today. The experience today transported me into a cafe in paris. Both, the ambience and the coffee . Great coffee perfectly brewed and served with a smile.

earlier review: good ambience. great variety in coffee flavours. but they are missing the sweet spot on what they have to actually serve. which is well brewed coffee. i ordered a double shot macchiato, which isnt on their system. So they charged me for a macchiato and a whole expresso. ( no, they did not tell me before i was billed). after which the drink was served in a little handleless glass filled to the brim with coffee. Anybody who has had any version of a black coffee would know that is immossible to hold with how hot it will be. I suggest they up their game with the only thing that matters. customer feedback.
