Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Food Quality and Service at Vrindavan

Dear Owner of Vrindavan,

I have been a loyal customer of Vrindavan for years, regularly ordering food for my family. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing, both in terms of food quality and customer service.

Today, I visited the restaurant and took a delivery order for Chicken Kolhapuri and Butter Naan. Upon reaching home, I was shocked to find that the food was not up to standard. The Chicken Kolhapuri tasted unusually sweet, dominated by onion and tomato, and did not resemble its authentic preparation. Additionally, the Butter Naan had no butter on it at all.

When I called to raise my concern, I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive response from the manager: • He refused to acknowledge that the food was substandard and instead kept justifying its preparation. • When I suggested he taste the food himself to verify my complaint, he outright refused, stating that they do not offer service in my area (Orlem). • Instead, he insisted that I come back to the restaurant to verify the food myself.

Despite the inconvenience, I visited the restaurant, only to be told by the manager that “this is how we prepare the dish,” completely disregarding my complaint. His adamant and unhelpful attitude was extremely frustrating.

My family and I have been regular customers, but this experience has forced us to stop ordering from your restaurant. I did not ask for a refund, yet I was left with wasted food, money, and time, not to mention the frustration of dealing with such poor service.

I sincerely hope this complaint reaches the owner, as no customer should have to go through such an experience. I urge you to take this matter seriously and ensure better food quality and customer service in the...

Its been 5 years since i have been visiting this place with my college friends, the Main Business of this Place is a Bar, Mainly Beer and Whiskey is Consumer here, the staff is very courteous and welcomes you, the service is also quick and Good, they do have 4 types of seating arrangements in the Restaurant, Normal Fan where u can smoke, Outdoor Seating for Smokers, Normal AC for Non Smokers and 1st Floor for Non Smokers, they do have Good food available as the best which i do order always is Mandeli Fish fry (Small Peices of fish which needs to be eaten entirely as the bones are too soft to digest) with Bombil fry (Thats Bombay Duck fried) and it is Good to, Many Good Chicked Dishes are Available as Well like Boneless Chicken Lolipops which is like Killer and Needs to be Ordered, Mostly people do come for a Drink with Friends, Located Opposite Chincholi Bunder Road with Interconnection of Malad SV Road, Far Away from Malad Station, so do take a Rickshaw to this Place, for the Main Course recomemded would be Full Chicken Tandoori or Chicken Maharaja which is a Mix of 2 chicken gravy, which can be eaten with rice or roti (indian bread), price wise is Good and reasonable, as the next bar is Directly in Goregaon SV Road or Mindspace where the...
