Title: Low-Quality Cake, Rude Staff, and Filthy Conditions

I feel compelled to write this review to warn others. My experience at merwans cakes shop was so profoundly disappointing that I will never return.

Let's start with the main attraction: the cake. Despite the hype and the unique theme, the cake was extremely low quality. It was dry, dense, and had a stale, almost chemical-like aftertaste. There was no discernible flavor or quality that would justify the price. It was, without exaggeration, one of the worst slices of cake I've ever had the misfortune of purchasing.

The problems didn't stop with the food. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They were inattentive, seemed bothered by simple questions, and provided zero customer service. There was no warmth or welcome, just a sense of inconvenience for having customers at all.

Finally, the hygiene was appalling. The road and seating area outside were filthy, with litter and debris everywhere. The overall vibe was grimy and unkempt, not the cool, relaxed atmosphere you might expect. It completely destroys any appetite you might have had.

I Had Visited Merwans Cake Shop Today To Purchase.: Twist Khari., Plum Cake {With Egg} & A Red Velvet Pastry.. 1} Packet Of Twist Khari Was Good But Maximum Time It Has Been Observed That There Are More Crumps In Packet & The Khari Are Properly Placed., Hence Due To No Proper Packaging The Khari Crumps Are Follen In Packet Which Makes It Untidy.. 2} Plum Cake.: Was Excellent {However., The Plastic Requires Changes.: Change From Existing Low Quality / Soft Plastic To Harder & Food Grade Good Quality Plastic Tray Shaped Container}.. 3} Red Velvet Pastry.: Was Just Good.. {Needs Improvements As The Quality Is Degrading Day By Day Compared To Earlier Days Pre 1st Lockdown.. 4} I Also Fail To Understand Why The Merwans Cake Shop Is The Name Of Shop But Payment When Done Goes To V K Enterprises.. Ideally The Payment Must Go To Merwans Cake Shop & Same Must Be Printed On Receipt & Not V K Enterprises.. 5} Merwans Must Provide Discounts For At Store & On Swiggy & Zomato Online Ordering App.. 6} The Cost Of Cakes Are Quite High & Requires Revision Of Cost To Reduce Cost As The Cost Are Exorbitantly High..

Very unprofessional, rude, no mannersa well as respect for their customers..when my husband visited merwans with our daughter staffs were fighting with each other rather than catering to customer.my husband ordered 4chicken puffs , 1 haryana chicken ,1chicken tikka roll and 2 blueberry.. we always taste the food specially bought from out before we give to our children all were good except for the blueberry the cream cheese and the blueberry everything was gone bad it was tasting weird hence my husband called them to inform about the same we told them but the person I spoke he did not disclose his name well he said those were fresh I told him see im no5 looking for refund I stay far or I would have bought to so u could taste it .. I told him this is very dangerous we were about to give it to our children please don't do this way this could harm their health their are small children that person did not take any action did not even apologise instead he just said ok put the review and hung up on I have the call recorded since when placed me hold .. so I'm going to mail them with audio recording very service they don't even care of...
