I recently had the pleasure of visiting a café that completely exceeded my expectations in every possible way. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an absolutely wonderful visit. If I had to sum up my experience in one word, it would be fabulous—but of course, this place deserves far more than just one word.
Ambiance & Atmosphere The atmosphere of the café was incredibly cozy and inviting. It had just the right balance between modern elegance and comforting charm. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful spot to work or a cozy corner to catch up with friends, this café seems to cater to all kinds of visitors. The music playing in the background was soothing and not overpowering, allowing for conversation without shouting. The lighting was perfect—not too dim, not too bright—and the décor was tasteful and aesthetically pleasing, with thoughtful touches that added personality to the space.
Service & Staff One of the highlights of my visit was the exceptional service. The staff was not only attentive and polite, but they also seemed genuinely happy to be there, which made a big difference. They were knowledgeable about the menu and ready to offer helpful suggestions without being pushy. I appreciated how quick and efficient the service was while still feeling personal and relaxed. It’s rare to find a team so well-trained and welcoming—kudos to the management for that!
Food & Beverages Now, let’s talk about the real star of the show: the food and drinks. Every item I ordered was a delight to the senses. The coffee was rich, flavorful, and brewed to perfection—clearly made with care and high-quality beans. I also tried a specialty drink recommended by the barista, and it was nothing short of amazing. As for the food, everything was beautifully presented and tasted just as good as it looked. Fresh ingredients, creative combinations, and well-balanced flavors made for an unforgettable meal. Whether it was the buttery croissant, the perfectly seasoned sandwich, or the decadent dessert, every bite was a treat.
Cleanliness & Hygiene Another thing that stood out to me was the impeccable cleanliness of the entire café. The tables, counters, restrooms, and even the small details like cutlery and glassware were spotless. Especially in today's world, a clean and well-maintained environment is essential, and this café definitely delivers in that department.
Value for Money While the prices were slightly above average, I felt that the quality and overall experience more than justified the cost. You’re not just paying for a meal—you’re paying for a memorable experience in a space that makes you feel good. I left completely satisfied and felt that every penny spent...
Read moreIt was an extremely disappointing visit. Right from placing the order to the coffee itself. When I asked for an iced americano the cashier looked at me with an empty expression, I had to explain it to her what I wanted and then when asked for oat milk they didn’t have it. I order double espresso for myself to which she said in an extremely condescending way sir it’s very bitter coffee are you sure you want it? I had to tell her that I know what an espresso is. Coming to service - the iced Americano had a foam for some reason and when I asked why is that their explanation was that it was shaken ( been drinking iced Americanos for a very long time but never has it had foam ) also it was more like a latte when I had explained I wanted a splash of milk, for which I was charged 85 bucks for some reason , my double espresso which came in more like a quad shot of espresso tasted burnt but that’s been a constant struggle in India due to higher temperature setting on the espresso machines. If you are charging New York cafe rates I recommend you better up your service to that standards aswell. I really recommend getting a reality check on the situation and getting some training and consulting for the place. Would rather go to third wave or the other coffee shops that are right...
Read moreVisited this newly opened Love and Latte and was initially impressed by the captivating ambiance and keen sense of style. However, the experience quickly plummeted. Service was slow, making the wait seem endless. The pasta was undercooked with a lackluster sauce. The chicken supreme pizza resembled a careless assembly of toppings. The banana milkshake tasted more like bubblegum, while the peach ice tea was overly syrupy, akin to cough syrup.
To add to the disappointments, the portions served hardly matched the price we paid. While the aesthetics were commendable, they clearly missed the mark on both food quality and quantity. Perhaps a greater focus on the culinary aspect and value for money is needed. Hope they consider the feedback for improvements. Until then, I'd think twice...
