It's odd - management has generally been supportive but their channe & rajma are overly salty & spicy, creating issues for many diners who just want plain food (which can then be supplemented with mirch on the side). Initially their quality was good - now only snacks seem to be fine.
See the oil laden channe packed which the manager was quite defensive about. Even the cleaning staff admitted that lately the oil content has risen which is completely unhealthy. Manager's response - return now with the packed food (we stay far away - whole point of takeaway) & he suggested to go someplace else...not exactly receptive then. Ironically he changed the channe but there was only even more oil in that...
Some serving staff don't wear gloves, have visibly dirty nails & 1 is very conduce + argumentative, demanding to charge extra for packaging...the worst part is that as per their slogan of quality - & charging almost Rs. 180 just for 300mL of channe, the steep price is completely unjustified...
There've been other issues which I won't mention here as previously, management handled them well, so thanks but you really need to improve overall by listening to regular, loyal & savvy customers! Oh & another thing - for God's sake, please provide 2 spoons when clearly you're packing food orders for at least two people & sufficient...

Had 1) Masala Dosa - The dosa was crispy filled with Aloo which was sauteed in spices and tasted yummy. Served with thick coconut chutney and Sambhar filled with vegetables. Everything together turned out delicious, it costed for 120. 2) Pizza - Had onion, tomato , capsicum and mushroom pizza and had to say it was the most cheesiest pizza. Was shocked to see that much cheese in a pizza. Tasted so tempting and cheesy, Costed for 179 Rs. 3) Delux Thali - The thali consisted of dal makhani , kadhai paneer , matar paneer, pulao, raita, achaar, butter naan, gulab jamun. Everything tasted so delicious and amazing and the thali turned out to be heavy too, it costed for 194 Rs. The restaurant serve all variety of food like north indian, chinese, south indian, chaat, tandoori items etc. They also serve pastries, breads, biscuits etc. Self service is there for food.
