From Delhi Airport goto Airport Metro Station at Terminal -3, Take ticket to Shivaji Stadium just 3 stops away (50/-) don't waste time in que use Phone Pe scanner for payment, Get-off at Shivaji Stadium (Station) come up from Underground level-3 to Level-2 (Don't go out of station) This floor has OFC(Biometric Centre) beside Metro ticket counter, it has Toilets and locker facilities (Check pics). Phones are not allowed , Backpack can be allowed. Biometric staff are very kind and helpful, I went before my time when people not in que I asked them they sent inside for biometric I have completed 2 hrs before. If your coming to Shivaji Stadium from other sources (instead Metro train) goto level-2 after checking baggage at security, don't say or ask anyone that your going for biometric sometimes metro police don't send you in. This Metro station (Shivaji Stadium) has other immigration related processes also like China, Turkey, Canada, Italy, VFS-Global services...
