Bangla Pastry Shop — Restaurant in New Delhi

I take my breakfast from this shop daily. Sandwich or a patty. But they are deteriorating day by day. One day they gave a stale sandwich. Ughhhh….. and today was the worst. I reached around 9 and ask if the sandwiches have arrived. Actually I didn’t see anything in the showcase apart from one sandwich. Now usually they are sandwiches are wrapped inside a transparent wrap. This sandwich wasn’t. The owner gave me the same and only sandwich kept in their showcase and guess what the sandwich was not wrapped. He started wrapping it and it fell it from his hand. To my utter shock, instead of getting a nee sandwich, he gave me the same fallen sandwich. Totally disappointed and I am never visiting again. I Purchased one biscuit packet from this shop and the product is expiry at the time of purchase I didn’t notice it and when I went there for change next day they refused to change it and they said this is last month product we never sale last month product and they misbehave with me I never recommend anyone please don’t buy anything save your family and children. This is the place where I have been eating since my childhood..everything was tasty before but as time is passing by the taste and quality is going worse and worse.. hardly u find anything fresh now in their shop..they just change the dates of the items and pack it in a new date with a new date..I still go there because only few items are good apart from them nothing is worthy buying..hope they work on their quality like they used to...
