Today(13/06/2024)7:30pm me and my kids went to this outlet for cold mojito and some snacks. The guy at the counter asked me to wait for 5 minutes before he could take our order. So, We took our sit and waited for 30 minutes straight and the reason i waited patiently for so long was because he was the only staff working at that hour and I saw him busy arranging stocks and I didn’t want to disturb him as a sign of good gesture. And after he is back to the counter, I approach him and ask him if he can take our order yet.. to my surprise he answered me he cannot take my order as he is busy handling online order and the cafe prefer online orders. WHY??? Why do you have to treat your customers like this. Just inform us from the very moment your cafe cannot take orders giving xyz reasons instead of making us sit there like a fool wasting our time waiting for you to reply ‘SORRY!!
