KFC — Restaurant in New Delhi

Whenever anyone say about hungry. This place comes in my mind. I remember my fist day here.. I and my wife order for meal.. I also eat KFC MEAL in many places but the taste and quantity i recieved in this place is far better then others.. I recomended all others to visit there.. And experience the quality and quantity.. I love this place. And i share this experience with my friends.. We also celebrates friends birthday there. And enjoy a lot. My wife and family also love it to come and enjoy the meal here.. I think not only me, but there are many other People who are agree with me.

As every body know the name of KFC, this brand knows for his taste and quality, but there are also other places where they need to improve the quality of meal.. I wish they will think on my words and do improvement on other KFC Stores.

I think there should be an audit team who will go in all the brances and check the freshness and qualiy of their meal. This will surely improve the trust and satisfaction of customers. It is very important.. Already they had set a very high level.. So it a suggestion to do the audit in different branches.

There should also be the random feedback calls to the custor visited. And based on the feedback, they should do the needfull.

Nice place to spend some time with your family and friends. Best part of this outlet is Most staff are differently able at this outlet which is very nice initiative from KFC to help these people. In private sector most companies do not prefer such people for customer service or at front desk. But at this store they are being preferred which is best part of this outlet. They are giving there best here and handling customers quite nicely. All are very helpful and enjoying there work here. All range of items available here from KFC. Vegetarian and non- vegetarian options are available. You will always get good, hot and fresh food here. As it is in my near by so I visit here very often with family. After a getting tiered of long family shopping at Big Bazar which is also inside the same mall this a nice palace to chill out. Every time I got the same gesture from the staff. At the evening time it gets crowded usually though it's your luck. Nice and big outlet as Almost 50 persons seating capacity is available here. It's very 1st shop near the entrance of the mall and easily accessible n noticable. A common washrum is also available...

Place is good.... As a normal QSR..... But once few years back there was a cockroach in my Chicken in this outlet and that also a living.... not the dead one........ I Thought of doing the hue and cry and make issue out of it.... But once in life, I had been a part of this Industry so I did not do anything... Rather I told a crew about it and before he could apply his mind to get rid of the situation, I said it's ok .... I don't want replacement or anything else and left.

I would only say that the parent company follow strict procedures which are hard to comply but not impossible but there is fault at the end of management of the outlet.

I have stopped eating in these outlets since then.

Processed food is not good for health but there chicken tastes really good... so I would only say.......

Eat wisely and keep an eye on your meal.... And...
