Store no/location- TFS 42. Horrible service. My mother ordered a couple of sandwiches but was treated very poorly by one of the employees. She was told that they still have to make it when she was standing at the billing counter waiting for her food. They started preparing food for folks who came after her & finished their order before her. We had our international flight to catch & lost apprpx 20mins going back & forth on this conversation. The guy never apologized. To say that he was shameless, rude & disrespectful would be an understatement. On the contrary other employees apologized on his behalf. I asked for the manager but was told that he was not there as he works in the late morning shift & it was around 5AM. However I did manage to get his name though- Amit Kumar Pradhan. They say one rotten fish spoils the entire pond. That's exactly the case over here. I wonder why he was hired on the first place, he clearly doesn't care about his job let alone be good at it. The Service should have clear understanding of customer needs in English... Furthermore the orders should be taken and completed by one person to avoid complications of what the customer wants... Only one Person spoke English and she couldn't even understand a simple order.. She heated the meat order with part of salad...I requested no sauce just the meat cheese and salad.. A male working on the Till that could not understand or speak a word of English remove my order from the microwave and started chucking a whole lot of sauce onto my order...he cashed me in before i could receive my order... I received the subway plain as ever with no salad.. And a ton of sauce i never wanted... Money spent was never returned.. I chuck the order and walked away... Most disgusting...
Read moreTerrible Service – Not Worth My Time or Money! I visited Subway at Terminal 3, Delhi Airport, expecting a smooth and hassle-free experience, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. I ordered a full-length Paneer Tikka sub, and without my permission, they cut it into several pieces.
When I asked why they did this without asking me, the store manager didn’t just dismiss my concern—he started arguing with me! This is completely unacceptable, especially at an airport location where people are already in a rush and expect efficient, customer-friendly service.
My time is valuable, and so is my money. If I am paying a premium at an airport outlet, I at least expect my order to be prepared the way I requested, without unnecessary arguments from the staff.
