Labneh — Restaurant in New Delhi

This kiosk is situated in one of the wings of the food court, beyond the prominently-positioned A Lemon Drop. Labneh, as its name suggests, offers various Middle Eastern foods, both savoury as well as sweet: kunafa, shawarma, falafel, kababs, pitas, and so on, in various combinations. You can have them as doner wraps, with mandi rice, or even as a mezze platter. We ordered a non-veg mezze platter, to share. This included two pita breads, various types of kababs and roasts (both chicken as well as mutton), a few pieces of pickled vegetables, hummus and labneh, and a small helping of mandi rice (without any meat, though). We didn’t want the mandi rice, so we asked the server to skip that and give us some extra hummus and labneh, since the portion we’d been given was quite meagre.

The food was uniformly delicious. Very little spice, which allowed the true flavours to really shine. I wish they’d give more of the pickled vegetables and the dips, though, because the quantity they serve in the platter isn’t enough to go with all the...

I ordered a chicken shawarma and the size of the shawarma shocked me. It looked like a child’s meal. A Middle Eastern shawarma is 3 times the size of what they are giving. I also ordered a cold coffee, there was no coffee in it but only vanilla flavour. How can someone ruin both the things. If you can’t even make a cold coffee properly then you are in the wrong business. Super disappointed. Never eating here again. I did inform the manager that the shawarma is too small and he said it’s standard size of 8 inches but the owner said it’s 10 inches. But who is setting the standards? It may be 10 inches per size but then the filling is disappointed, a 300Rs shawarma should be filling enough but this one was a snack more...

Labneh, Luscious Middle Eastern Bites is located in Food Court on the third floor at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj.

It has three branches in total. I have attached the picture for reference.

I had gone to Ambience mall and me and my family were hungry after shopping/ fun activities in the mall.

We actually had the mouth-watering Lebanese cuisine items. Enjoyed their shawarma.

Fatoush salad and hummus were amazing too.

Planning to come here again without a doubt..!
