So when we were at Select City we couldn't find ourselves a table at the Big Chill & when we told people about it, they said how could we miss it. We had that at the back of our mind & just when we were in DLF Promenade Mall we made sure we visit them. It was early afternoon. The interiors were very English and attractive. It wasn't very different in terms of the interiors, one would have definitely seen almost such interiors before in chains like Chilis.
However, the food & the service needs special mention. Your order is bought just the way you asked, they are pretty quick, they did not even take 20 minuted to serve some 6-7 items on our table and as soon as you start on your meal, they make sure to take your feedback. I am sure if I wouldn't have liked something they would have replaced it too :) we ordered
Banana Killer Chiller - Out of the box! Superb flavor, I do not prefer banana in shakes but the flavors blew my mind. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!
Chicken Florentine - perfectly grilled and good sides. RECOMMENDED!
Belgian choco shake - The perfect combination & optimum sweetness.
Piri piri pizza - The crust was beautiful & the pizza was flavorful :)
Cheese tomato panini - Good, but no so much of a fan!
Cola with lime - Nothing goes wrong with that, right?
Overall, one should not miss out...
Read moreDisappointing Experience at Big chill, DLF Promenade. I visisted Big chill today to enjoy my go-to dish, Chicken with Roasted Garlic in White Wine Sauce. However, my experience was a letdown. Upon receiving my order, I was shocked to discover that the chicken thighs were stale. The texture and smell were unmistakable, and it was clear that the ingredients hadn't been handled properly.
I brought this to the attention of the manager, expecting an apology and a solution. Instead, I was met with a suggestion to prepare a new dish. No acknowledgment of the mistake, no apology for the inconvenience, or any assurance that steps would be taken to prevent such incidents in the future.
This lack of accountability and concern for customer satisfaction has left me questioning my trust. While mistakes can happen, the response to them speaks volumes about a establishment's commitment to quality and customer care. Unfortunately, my experience has made me hesitant to return.
Rating: 2/5 (Because I still love Big chill and I hope things will get better. )
Recommendation: If you're a fan of this dish, you might want to double-check the freshness of your meal before digging in. Hopefully, the kitchen will take steps to improve their quality control and...

In a hurry for a movie, my friend and I ended up in Big Chill while being spoiled for choice deciding between restaurants in the Vasant Kunj malls.
While he had a baked penne with chicken, I ordered an aglio olio with olives and mushrooms. Portions are large and yet I managed to polish off my plate! It was just delicious!
Earlier review:
So we finally visited the Vasant Kunj Big Chill. We've done the rest: GK, Khan Market ×2 and Saket earlier. What struck us was the consistently good food all the outlets serve.
We were a large group with friends visiting us and everyone went back happy to be introduced to Delhi's own Italian restaurant :)
We had the tomato basil soup, jacket potatoes, piri piri pizza and garlic bread for starters. The soup is a must do, even though they don't do portions. Pizza is tasty as is the veggy pizza that came in fit the main course. The alio olio could've been even better to deserve it's place one the menu, but the Cannelloni and the vodka penne were amazing. Pity they don't do pitchers of the lemonade at this outlet. Don't miss the strawberry yogurt that everyone enjoyed too.
Overall, friends liked the food and a sardar tummy well fed.
Recommended, as usual...
