Leo's Pizza provided a delightful dining experience that left a lasting impression. From the moment we stepped into the artisanal pizzeria, the atmosphere exuded warmth and authenticity. The charming ambiance, coupled with the tantalizing aroma of freshly baked pizzas, set the stage for an enjoyable evening. Opting for the Marinara Pizza with extra burrata cheese proved to be a stellar choice. The crust was a perfect balance of crispy and chewy, showcasing the expertise of Leo's in crafting artisanal pizzas. The Marinara sauce, with its robust tomato flavor and subtle blend of herbs, provided a savory foundation. The addition of extra burrata cheese elevated the dish to a sublime level, each bite offering a creamy richness that complemented the tangy marinara impeccably. What truly stood out, beyond the delectable fare, was the impeccable service. The team at Leo's Pizza demonstrated a commendable level of knowledge and professionalism. Their attentiveness and willingness to share insights about the menu reflected a genuine passion for their craft. It's evident that the staff is well-trained, creating an environment where patrons feel not just satisfied, but also well-informed about the culinary delights they are savoring. Leo's commitment to quality extended beyond the kitchen to the overall dining experience. The spot-on service, combined with the inviting ambiance, contributed to a sense of genuine hospitality. The attention to detail was apparent in every aspect, making our time at Leo's Pizza not just a meal but a memorable event. In conclusion, Leo's Pizza proved to be a gem in the realm of artisanal pizzerias. The Marinara Pizza with extra burrata cheese is a must-try for those seeking a culinary journey that balances tradition with innovation. The knowledgeable and attentive team, coupled with the inviting atmosphere, ensures that Leo's Pizza is a destination worth revisiting for pizza enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.

Leo's Artisan Pizza offers a laid-back and casual atmosphere, making it a great spot for a low-key date night. While it may not be the most romantic place, it definitely delivers on delicious pizzas. During my visit, I ordered their Classic Veg Pizza, which had a generous array of toppings that were bursting with flavors. The crust was not perfectly cooked, I was expecting a satisfying crunch with each bite, but was disappointed. To accompany my meal, I opted for a refreshing Coke and decided to try their Mandarin juice. Unfortunately, the Mandarin juice didn't quite hit the mark and left something to be desired. However, the Coke was classic and exactly what I expected. To end the meal on a sweet note, we indulged in their Tiramisu. The jar of Tiramisu was a delightful treat, filled with layers of creamy goodness. It was so good that we couldn't resist ordering another one to satisfy our cravings. Leo's Artisan Pizza boasts a calming and pleasant ambiance, creating a relaxed environment for a casual date night. The music played throughout our visit was enjoyable and added to the overall experience. The server or waiter attending to us was attentive and provided good service, ensuring that we had an enjoyable time. If you're looking for a no-frills pizza joint with tasty offerings, Leo's is a great choice. While there may be some areas for improvement, such as the Mandarin juice, their delectable Tiramisu make it worth a visit.

Look, it is a great place with lots of passion for a good pizza. It has its own hits n misses. The focassia bread with garlic is simply superb and is a good give away for the main course. Being vegetarian, we first ordered aptly named vegetable pizza, with all the expected toppings like mushroom, carmalised onion, jalepeno, olives etc. The crust was nice dark and crispy but the tip of slice needed more cooking, it was too soggy for my liking. But the pizza tasted great. But as they say the proof of a good pizzeria is in its margharita, so we ordered one as well. And i was hoping for some real taste fireworks in my mouth but, wasn't so. Again the crust was good but tip was soggy, wasn't enough cheese and basil. The sauce was quite bland really, some hint of garlic would have been nice. It looked picturesque but was disappointed with it in terms of taste. The ice tea was great and had a nice refreshing taste. Menu is limited but didn't mind much. Risotto or something would have been a nice addition. Service is quite slow, had to wait almost 30 mins for 1st pizza but 2nd one was faster though. The prices are also reasonable, considering 2 pax paid only 1500 for all of the above! Oh yea, one more thing. They really could have found a better place to open it. The vasant vihar market is an absolute gutter now! The old location was epic! So is this but in a bad way!

There are restaurants that feed you. And then there are places that stay with you. Places that don’t just serve food — they serve feeling. A memory. A story. A soul.

Leo’s was that place.

It was a love letter — to dogs, to community, to quiet acts of kindness that most people walk past. It was built with intention, a purpose. With love. And with the belief that food, when made with heart, can bring people home — even if they never lived there. You weren’t entering a business. You were walking into someone’s heart.

Every detail mattered. The wall of photographs — of Leo and his sibling, captured in small eternal moments, so they could live forever. The jute boris — laid outside without fanfare, just quiet dignity, for strays who were never treated as outsiders. The golden light, hung low like stars over the tables. The little balcony sketches. The chalk art of Italy. The faint noise that never overpowered conversation. Even the way strangers smiled at each other — like they’d all been here before, in some past life or dream. And most of all — the founder. Welcoming. Present. Smiling. Sometimes rolling dough himself. Always making sure the place remembered why it existed.

Leo, the dog, wasn’t just a logo. He was the soul of the place. The heart beating under every pizza, every smile, every simple gesture. And when the “why” is beautiful — everything else falls into place.

People didn’t just come for the food, even though the food is remarkable. That wood-fired pizza made you feel like you’d flown to Naples for the evening. But what made you come back… was what you felt while eating it.

And now… it’s slipping away.

At first, it was small. The founder wasn’t around anymore. The boris outside vanished. Dogs were suddenly not allowed in — even though their spirit built this place. The chalk art disappeared. The warmth — once so natural — began to feel rehearsed.

And then… it wasn’t small anymore.

I watched a staff member kick a stray dog. Right outside the same door where love once lived. No apology. No surprise. Just quiet cruelty that didn’t belong in the world Leo’s once stood for. And in that moment, something inside me collapsed.

I had dreamed of Leo’s catering my most important day. That’s how much this place meant to me. But even trying to schedule a meeting was exhausting. And when I finally did, at my sister’s home — I was told our dog had to wait outside the room. Because, apparently, he is a “distraction” for the person in charge. Now, I understand fear. I do. Not everyone grows up loving animals. But if fear leads you to forget what you represent, what you stand on — then that fear has no place at the center of something sacred.

This is a place named after a dog. Built on the back of compassion. And now… run by someone who doesn’t even seem to understand that. And that — more than anything — is their biggest mistake.

Because when a place forgets its story, it begins to lose its soul.

And I never in my life thought I’d be writing something like this. But I was left with no choice. I write this not out of bitterness — but because I still believe in what Leo’s once was. I still remember how it made me feel. And I believe — if the right people care again — it can be that again.

The food is still good. The foundation is still there. The memory hasn’t vanished — not completely. It’s still breathing, faintly, like a candle that needs shelter from the wind.

But it needs protection. It needs leadership that remembers why this place was built. Someone who sees beyond margins and menus. Someone who sees Leo.

Because places like Leo’s don’t come around often. And when they do — they deserve to live. Not just survive. Live — with meaning, with memory, with soul.

Please bring it back. Before the photos are taken down. Before the dogs stop waiting at the door. Before the soul...
