Dinner for Seminar/Conference

When most people refer to a "caterer", they are referring to an event caterer who serves food with waiting staff at dining tables or sets up a self-serve buffet. The food may be prepared on site, i.e., made completely at the event, or the caterer may choose to bring prepared food and put the finishing touches on once it arrives.
Lunch for Seminar Conference

The event caterer staff are not responsible for preparing the food but often help set up the dining area. This service is typically provided at banquets, conventions, and weddings. Any event where all who attend are provided with food and drinks or sometimes only hors d'oeuvres is often called a catered event.International workshop at JNU,IIT,AIMS,NMML Tinmurti,NII.

The menu leans heavily into North Indian and Mughlai dishes, and for good reason. The chicken curry, mutton keema, and seekh kebabs are flavorful and come in decent portions. Their biryani simple, fragrant, and not overloaded with masala is a consistent favorite. And if you’re short on cash, a plate of chole chawal or egg curry with rice will still hit the spot.
What makes Mughal Darbar stand out isn’t just the food. It’s the familiarity—the buzz of students debating politics at the next table, the smell of fresh rotis, the comfort of chai under tube lights. The staff is quick, unfussy, and used to students camping out for hours.
It’s not a “fancy” place no trendy interiors or Instagram-perfect plating but it doesn’t need to be. It’s real, it’s affordable, and it quietly serves as a second home for many during their years at JNU.
If you’ve ever studied late, argued hard, or dreamed big on this campus, chances are you’ve done it with a plate from Mughal Darbar nearby. And honestly,...
Read moreNon vegetarian paradise! Extremely pocket friendly, and serves delicious food. They have khameeri rotis on their menu, a mughlai delight! Following COVID protocols, they close at 10pm. They are not on Swiggy or Zomato yet, but don't let that ruin your plans, they do their own deliveries. Call them and they can arrange for a meet and pick at a nearest convenient location. My favourites are the Chicken Jahangiri (very spicy) and Chicken Qorma (almost sweet). Combine the two and devour it with rumali rotis, with their mouth watering mint chutney. For vegetarian options, I would recommend the Kadhai Paneer and...
