We went for a birthday lunch with the family which turned into a culinary obstacle course. We started off strong—quick seating, fast menus, and a drink list that was genuinely a work of art. The bartender deserves a promotion and a medal. The virgin phalsa, cucumber mint cooler, and orange kaafir lime were so refreshing, they almost made me forget the trials to come. The mutton kebab and bhatti chicken were fantastic, but the real star of the show was the crispy corn. That corn could win an Olympic gold in deliciousness. The main course however was a tragedy in three acts. The shahi paneer was the sole survivor—surprisingly great! The rest? A crime scene. Both the handi chicken and kadhai chicken were flavor-lacking disasters. It’s like the spice rack was on vacation that day. The bread was so tough, my brother actually suggested we ask for a saw to cut it. I can't say he was wrong. We spent a lot of time sturggling with our naans and paranthas than we did enjoying the meal and conversating. As if the food wasn't enough, the ambience was actively working against us. The sofa seating for a table of six was a ridiculous setup. The table was practically at our chins, turning a simple meal into an elaborate game of chin-ups. And let's not forget the background music—a mix of loud tunes and a very public, very loud argument between two staff members near the bar. We literally stopped talking to listen to the drama. The staff, to their credit, were great, but the entire experience felt like a sitcom gone wrong. So, while the service was great and the drinks were stellar, the food and ambience need a serious reality check. That's why the points are being docked. Great potential, but someone needs to re-evaluate those sofas and get their kitchen on the same level as their bar.

1] Went for the first time. Ordered two items, got delivered with only one...kept waiting for next 10 mins after which the waiter reconfirmed the order and then brought it. 2] the Supervisor ( the one in coat ) Was drawing the table and chairs from here to there and several times hit the chair on which my wife was sitting. 3] The waiters were not aware, looked sometimes ignorant for taking the order. you may have shout them out to let them know that you are calling them. 4] I had a bit altercation with another customer, as the supervisor put the table chair so close to our chairs that when i stood up, the chair hit the guy who was passing through! ( even that guy misbehaved being a customer. ) 5) Overall when you want to dine out, at good place ,and you intent to pay a good amount of money. You just dnt want the food good, you look out for the experience and some quality time. the place was full of noise! You just cant have quality time there. The music played louder, restuarant guys from waiter to supervisor were shouting at each other for calling each other. Overall it felt like a bhindi bazar! You must not visit the place if you wamt experience and some quality time. apart from this! food was good but the experience was bitter. not that worth of money. (forgot to add that it took almost first 7 -8 mins and twice of my asking to serve us Water.- it felt terrible when you have to ask for water even) hahaha sorry my wife just chided me to write this out... we order two rumali roti.. the waiter bought only with rolled in aluminium foil and when asked that its only one.The waiter said that he brought two ( he actually brought one) , when i showed him that its only one , he pardoned and brought another one again.

On this Friday night, I went to Sandoz (CP) for dinner with my friends. We ordered 2 starter and veg noodles. Ordered Dahi Ke Sholay and Paneer Papad Tikka in Starters. First came the dahi ke sholey and it was very tasty. After some time Paneer Papad Tikka also arrived but this Paneer Papad Tikka was not looking like. I called the waiter but he was ignoring it and then after some time he came. I said that I had ordered Paneer Papad Tikka but this is Paneer Tikka. He said that this is Paneer Papad Tikka and he left after saying it. Then I called the senior and said that this is not Paneer Papad Tikka. He said sir this paneer tikka and this is very good you keep this. I forcefully said that I only want Paneer Papad Tikka. Then after that he took Paneer Tikka and after some time took Paneer Papad Tikka. I felt very bad that the waiter was fooling me and sticking the dish of his mind. Paneer Papad Tikka was very good. Then came the noodles and it tasted great too. Then order Dal Makhani and Paneer Butter Masala with Garlic Butter Naan. This was also very tasty. then bring the bill and when he started paying with the card, then the waiter said, Sir, put the tip amount too. Now we found it very strange. The tip is given happily and not on demand. According to the service given like the end, there is no tip at all. We all appreciate the food. The food is really good and not expensive either. If they do service is also good then this restaurant will be really great. I give 5 stars to food and 1 star to service. Yes I would like to go back again but because of the food. Maybe next time their service will be good too. Hope so.

Review of Sandoz Delhi Darbar, Connaught Circus, Outer Circle, L9

We visited Santos Noodle Heap on 15th November 2024 as a group of four adults and three children. Although the staff managed to arrange a table for us, the experience was disappointing for several reasons.

Seating Arrangement: The table provided was long but very narrow, leaving hardly any space once the items were placed. Though this was manageable, it was not ideal.

Service Issues:

The service was extremely poor. The ordered items were significantly delayed.

Some staff members were unwilling to properly serve the dishes on the table.

A pizza we ordered was delivered without being sliced. When we brought this to their attention, the manager apologized, took the pizza back, and returned it after cutting.

Billing and Parcel Issues:

We ordered mutton curry, which was never served but was included in the bill. Upon bringing this up, they initially refused to deduct the amount and insisted we take it as a parcel. Since it was a get-together, we declined. After further discussion, they finally deducted the mutton curry price.

Some food that we had asked to be packed for takeaway was missing when we checked.

Payment Discrepancy: The total bill amounted to ₹4,178. We made the payment via Google Pay, but on the first attempt, the staff claimed they hadn’t received it. As directed, we made a second payment of ₹4,177. After leaving the restaurant, I received confirmation of double payment for the same bill.

I returned to the restaurant within an hour to resolve the issue. The cashier checked their system and confirmed the double payment. However, the manager, Hari, said the payment would only be processed on Monday. He gave me a number and instructed me to share the payment details via WhatsApp.

Despite following their instructions and contacting them multiple times after Monday, they have not refunded my amount to date.

Current Status: I returned to Kerala on 17th November, and I am still here. The restaurant’s management seems to be delaying or avoiding the refund process, which makes me suspect they are being dishonest about the matter.

Supporting Evidence: I am attaching the bill and payment details for your...

There are pros and cons to this place. We visited the CP branch & the food is definitely good but the service is pathetic. First to cover the good things here, food.

Butter chicken is a must try. Whereas the Dahi Ke Sholay is a signature dish but it's really an average dish & it's really sweet in taste. I've had better times at other restaurants as compared to Sandoz. Garlic nan was again average, really chewy even though it was consumed within minutes when it came to the table. I also ordered another signature dish - Chicken Dum Biryani, this was different but the taste was great although the quantity overall is less when compared to the prices.

In terms of service, they're not quick. The place is crowded & noisy but they don't really know how to manage a crowd or their customers. We even saw a couple of tables left after arrival because they didn't even get menus for 10-15 minutes, just like we were waiting for one. After calling the manager/waiter multiple times, we finally got the menu and ordered a lot of signature dishes (review in the above paragraph).

That's not all, after waiting for nearly 30 mins we got out food which was incorrect & it took them another 30-35 mins to bring the right order. Such a busy restaurant and such silly mistakes and poor customer journey. To add to this, we were three people and every time they had to change plates, they would always bring two and we had to call the waiter for the third plate. I mean can't you see the number of people on the table?

Now the highlight of this, once we were done & paid the bill one of the guys (mostly manager or senior) asked us to review the place and when we were doing that, he deliberately was just standing there for us to review and insisted on rating 5 stars. I told him the issues we have had so we can't give that review but he kept on insisting and was just standing there until we put up a review. This went on for 15-18 minutes and I decided it's not worth it to argue with him. We had already cleared our bill so we left.

Overall, it wasn't a great experience at all. There were lots of cons to the place and it doesn't have that vibe as well but keeping everything aside, few of the dishes...

As we all know Sandoz covered almost Delhi and well known for its taste, I went with my family for dinner..after online booking we have waited at least 30 min. As the person said on booking counter that we don't entertain online booking so finally we entered and ordered food, it took 15-20 to arrive the food , all were fine..issue raises when I have asked to repeat the roti, generally it will take 5 min to refill the bucket. We waited , kept on waiting , waiting, reminder given to waiter and who picked the order I forget his name, he asked for 5 min more, waiting again waiting after 30 min I have went to search the manager he was not there then waiter came sir would like to order have replied since 30 min hv ordered roti to repeat but it's not thr wht to do , it is very normal for them..how come person can wait for 30 min for another roti but obvious. Manager came to me and asked what happend have told all the story he apologized then gone to check where is the delay , wonder that person has forget our order stupid..even manager knows that staff are idiot so he didn't said anything to staff. He requested me to wait after waiting for another 10 min roti arrived but waiting for 45 mins apx dal n sabji got cold how come anyone can eat not thought entire mood spoiled. Have asked manager to give me the bill as we don't want to eat..Sala itna chutiya tha keh rha ki bill le aao my 2700 got wasted....though at the end waiter came and apologized but we actually didn't enjoyed the food. All were hungry and we have to go to another resto to have our dinner..itna third class service ke sath how Sandoz is becoming famous I really don't understand...food taste was ok. Even I was expecting from manager that he will tell sir you guys can have dinner I m arranging to server fresh food but he was not at all a good manager...don't go Sandoz cp one. Rest might be they are doing the...
