SAZ — Restaurant in New Delhi

SAZ located on the outside area of the DLF promenade has seating inside and outside (Covered area). My review would be short as I was not able to entre the place even after making a reservation for Sunday lunch. Reason being Kids not allowed. The staff is quite arrogant and a thing like kids are not allowed should have been informed at the time of the reservation. But anyways post not able to entre I read the reviews and most of them are about the rude behaviour of the staff. For me service is the most important part for a place to work. My suggestion is for the people behind the SAZ is to invest in getting some training for the front staff as arrogance in such a competitive service industry would not take them very far. The place is amazing, we loved the food and the Service by Mr.Basant was splendid he was really kind and helpful my sister did not like her drink and he got that changed for her without any hesitation and that was just so nice of him, some drinks that we wanted were not available. There was a party going on indoors so we had to sit outside and there were many flies on our food and drinks thats why a 3 star for the atmosphere. Overall the experience was good but not as comfortable as it could have been, in this humidity one would want an option to sit indoors but our preference was not considered and we had to sit outside even if we did...

Visited SAZ and had a mixed experience. While the ambiance was pleasant, the food left a lot to be desired. The momos were tasteless, and the chicken had a strange taste that was quite off-putting. However, the garlic prawns were a highlight and very enjoyable for me.

Area of improvement, I suggest enhancing the flavour and seasoning of the Momos as the taste was very bland it wasn't worth the taste and the quantity was very low, and ensuring the chicken is cooked and seasoned properly. Additionally, maintaining consistent quality across all dishes will greatly improve the dining experience. Hoping for a better...
