Ordered- a HIMMANAV kind of dining again this time😝🤟. Ps-We were 7 PPL😝. Drinks- eye blinker, darzi kit, inchi tape, peachy zipper, somras, cosmopolitan. Soups- master Ji secret shorba- both veg and non-veg.
Starters- bbq chicken wings, dahi ke kebab, ISBT makhani Maggi, Kuliya chaat, kandhari paneer tikka, bhatti ka murg, paneer tikka pizza(we asked to prepare it with no achari flavour), sulemani anda, veg Quesadillas. Mains- master Ji ki daal, chicken tak tak, paneer butter masala and breads. Desert- shahi tukda, pineapple halwa. Best that I liked the most- eye blinker- rather it was an eye opener because of its masaledar chilled taste like a jaljeera but a hell lot better that it. Just mix it every time you sip. Somras- it was actually a somras, the drink of God's, a base of rum and flavour of coffee with lots of froth with garnishing of small coffee beans. Its presentation was royal and lavish too.
Master Ji ka shorba(nonveg)- was really creamy, a little less thick to make it like a soup with good quantity of chicken in it and enough serving.
ISBT makhani Maggi- the best ever Maggi I ever had in my life, it was cooked in Makhan gravy but there was something else too(management PPL do reply for this, i want to make it in my home too😝😝). I wish i could order it 10times.
Kuliya ki chaat- something new, tomatoes, apples were topped with lots of black channa chaat. Try one whole piece in one go😝😝(only if you are himmanav) Bhatti ka murg- perfectly spiced up, soft and juicy inside while keeping skin nice cooked in bhatti/tandoor. Just finger licking good.
Bbq chicken wings- i generally don't like bbq sauce and these tasted like chilli garlic chicken wings, that's why i just loved them, i don't know why it is named like ghaty or may be they prepared chilli garlic just for us as i told them i don't like bbq😝😝, god knows what happened but they were really great. Ask them for orange mayo, white mayo and mint sauce with it. They serve herby crinkled fries with it. Try them with their orange mayo.(PS I ordered the fries again but not as side but mains too🙈🙈).
Sulemani anda- we were not thinking to order it as what could they do great with anda but still we generally asked and when they told us in detail, it wa sone of the best things till now. Cheese and ande ki bhurji mixed and baked together like a egg lasagna. Served too hot, we could see bubbles from pan.(warning- don't even think of touching the pan, use teh wooden tray below that). But it was tooooooooooo great it wasn't like stretchy cheesy but baked was hell better😍🤩.
In mains- all three were top class, although i never expect Cp cafe's to serve this much good mains. But master Ji ki daal, was perfectly thick and creamy. Paneer butter masala, i don't liked that much as chicken tak tak(kind of kadhai chicken) was there. Veg PPL will surely love paneer butter masala. Chicken tak tak was too good. I served it 2 times in my plate, even after eating this much(yes i am the himmanav 😝😝). Desert- shahi tukda was alot better, the idea of serving it with kesar pista ice cream was too good and unique. Pineapple halwa could be better as pineapple was too much sour. Try choosing a better one next time, coz i will surely be back😉. Things to work upon- kandhari paneer tikka- paneer was a dry and little powdery inside. Dahi ke kebab- amount of curd was very gud but they were little less crispy outside. Not to forget thanks to their serving staff person- NARENDER, he had perfect knowledge about everything including, types of glasses in which they were serving their mocktails and about all the dishes- how they were prepared, everything. This thing i really appreciate, i am a food lover and i love to know everything about it. I personally have met very less staff ppl who have this much knowledge. Really appreciated. I hope you only serve...

Not just the Name plate, but a special Tailored room for trials and sewing machine, scissors and tailored shirt takes you to a journey which makes you feel awestruck at the creativity on the decor and even on food platters they serve.
The Entrance takes you to A Rustic English Galleria that is decked with a Classy Oblong Bar in the center and open corridor on the right with seating and 2 seperate sections as private sitting rooms for parties and groups. The second floor has an open patio on the left and right lobby is seating in wooden carabean style. A complete wall on the extreme right showcased sewing machine collection and a Big scissors on the bricked walls complemented the theme. The Bar is Lit with interesting details of the signature and exotic drinks that takes you to an ecstasy.
We tried two interesting drinks from their Bar menu that were simply A Bliss.
-Apricot Sour Cocktail which was a blend of apricot whiskey with fruity sour. This was majestic and had a subtle punch.
-Inch Tape Mocktail: Served with smoked shot, it is a Mocktail comprising lavender, coconut water and pineapple juice. Lovely presentation.
In the Starters:
-Amritsari Fish is a Must Try, which is not so spiced and crumb coated to give you a crispy bite and delicious mouth melt-in flakes inside.
-Kuliya ki Chaat is a lovely starter for Chat lovers. It comprises Cucumber, tomato and apple boals filled in with tangy and spiced Sprouts filling. This was juicy and delicious.

In the Mains,
-Suleman Anda: This is one interesting dish and delish to the core. Scrambled masala eggs with chicken decked up with Sunny side up eggs and baked cheese is a Delight. It was Finger licking good. Highly Recommended here.
Murg Kohlapuri: One of the best Kohlapuri preparations that I had in ages. The chicken was tender in a robust brown onion gravy that had a perfect taste and Flavor. The spices were not overpowering and the gravy was cooked to the Perfection.
Ending the Lunch on a sweet note, their Shahi Tukda Croquants is a tailor-made dessert that looks glammed up and taste sinful. Crispy golden disc bread served on a creamy rabri and topped with ice cream and roasted melon seeds tasted Bliss.
Overall, lunch at Darzi Bar was well worth the long wait and true to its name, it was tailor-made, customized and designer delights that we thoroughly enjoyed. This place looks beautiful and serves one of the best and most interesting food drinks. Located in the heart of the City, this place has some great vibes and fingerlicking food to offer you. I was planning to go there from couple of days but due to lack of time couldn't managed. so it's in cp outer circle and the nearest metro station is rajiv chowk, bit a walking distance from there. • It is located in first floor with attached terrace and the whole ambiance is created in such a way to give the rustic darzi kinda feeling like wise there is wall hangings which is clothes hangers and a complete whole section is on swing machines. A dark ambiance in inside with attached bar counter and the the live screen telivision. To chill and had good customised drink accordingly. There is small compartments where u can sit with your bulk of family and friends. There are lots of sitting options to choose from inside or outside, as it's hot in delhi to it's safe to sit inside. But never the less i like open terrace area a lot. • Service was good ,staffs were attentive. • Pricing was nomial compared to other restro's in cp. • Seatings were comfortable as well. And lots of options too. • Presentation was on point and they do maintain hygiene.
• Drinks - There are lots of option of drinks to choose from whether in cocktails, mocktails or in straight drinks. And the best part is there customisation which is offource according to your taste bird!
• In Starter- • Soya malai chap - It was creamy and fresh. • Aalu kumani ki tikki - A good party starter for vegetarians • ISBT ki makhani maggi - One of the best makhani maggi they are serving. must have when ever u visit.
• In main- • Grilled rum chicken - I specially visit to eat this...spicy grilled chicken in rum served with french fries. • Paneer lababdar - Paneer was fresh and creamy and the right amount of spicies added to it. • Mutton rogsn josh - One of the best mutton rogan josh they are serving. must try.
My recommendation • Grilled with with fries • ISBT maggi makhani • Mutton gilafi seekh • Paneer lababdar • Amritsari machchi
