Visited this place today, heard alot about this place. We went and showed the resturent our zomato gold Id, honestly when he saw the ZOMATO gold iD, he was definately not happy with that. Anyways we requested if we can use zomato Gold for non alcholoic drinks which we know is not possible because we can only use it for alcoholic drinks though we have used it on some places. Since he was not happy we using zomato gold, and moreover when we requested extra services he starting being rude to us. We asked for the manager. A manager who was in his casual(seems like a owner) came and started explaining zomato gold to us. I said we know how zomato works and he need not to explain us and we complained about the waiter. He got offended and straight away asked us to leave. It was so emberassing that i cant even explain. We were in a group of 4 with 2 ladies. When my friend told him that he is rude to us. He straight away said THAT HE DONT WANT US TO BE HERE ANYMORE. we said we can order alcohols if he wish. He simply said NO and even called the photographers and said to remove the picture which his photographers clicked. Imagine the situation!! Read moreI had the pleasure of dining at the Immigrant Cafe a few weeks ago, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm and inviting ambiance. The decor was a beautiful blend of cultures, creating a unique and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The service at the Immigrant Cafe was top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made excellent recommendations and were always ready to assist with a smile. It truly added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. Now, let's talk about the food. The hummus at the Immigrant Cafe is, without a doubt, the best I've ever tasted. It was incredibly creamy, perfectly seasoned, and served with warm, fluffy pita bread. It was so good that I couldn't resist ordering more. The menu offered a delightful variety of dishes from various cuisines, and each one was prepared with care and attention to detail. the Immigrant Cafe is a hidden gem with a fantastic ambiance, impeccable service, and a hummus that will leave you craving for more. Read moreWorst place. Don't believe in fake reviews. Read this. I had booked New Year Eve unlimited food & dinner, paid 4000 rupees for this booking. First of all, they delayed serving starter for more than 1.5 hours. It was promised at 8 during the booking. Waiter was treating me like a beggar. He gave us a Plastic Glass filled with Cranberry juice and vodka and said this is the only Cocktail you can get in this booking. He said this is CosmoPolitan 😂. The photo of the cocktail is attached. Apart from the cocktail, 2-3 IMFL plain drink was offered. Just after 11:30 hours, he said now you can't get free drink. Your booking is over. Now you will have to pay for what you drink. I was feeling humiliated. He was treating me like a beggar. He said now drink will be given to only those people who are paying for this. At the end, Biryani was offered as main course. He said this is Chicken Biryani but I hardly saw any chicken pieces 😂.
I decided to step out from the club. They ruined my new year celebration. I still feel cheated and humiliated. Will never go there in my entire life.
