I visited the Khan market outlet on 29 November 2024. I actually experienced exactly what recently happened with a CCD customer. The guys told me that ceramic mugs were 'not available' since ' there was no water' . This is when a table next to us had people being served on such mugs. The entire cafe had just 2-3 tables with customers and thevrest cafe was empty. I realised what trick the staff was trying to pull and left immediately and wouldn't be returning if your staff is using such tactics to make us order stuff we don't want- there are better options in khan market for sure. They took my money and had a failed transaction on their end, basically it was their problem. They made me go around in circles for almost 11 days to return my own money back to me. I had to follow up time and again with these people because they kept me in the dark about my money and wouldn't give me any updates. The staff only kept delaying or telling me a later time to get it. I'm fed up and honestly disappointed in how they treat their customers. There's zero promptness from their end.
