Xero Degrees in G Block, Connaught Place, Delhi, is a trendy café that has gained popularity for its Instagram-worthy food and drinks. The ambiance is casual and youthful, making it a perfect hangout spot for college students and young professionals.
Ambiance: The café’s décor is modern, with vibrant colors and quirky wall art. The seating is comfortable, and there’s a lively vibe that makes it an inviting place to relax with friends. However, the space is somewhat compact, and during peak hours, it can get crowded and a bit noisy.
Menu and Food: Xero Degrees is known for its indulgent and creative menu, which includes a variety of loaded fries, freak shakes, burgers, and pizzas served in jars or with unique presentations. The fries, particularly the peri-peri and cheesy ones, are a highlight—crispy, flavorful, and generously topped. The shakes are decadent and visually appealing, though some might find them overly sweet. The burgers are well-prepared with a good balance of flavors, though they lean towards being more of a comfort food experience rather than gourmet.
Service: The service at Xero Degrees is generally quick and efficient, though it can slow down during busy hours. The staff is courteous, but during rush times, you might have to wait a bit longer for your order.
Price: The pricing is on the higher side for what is essentially fast food, but given the portion sizes and the novelty factor, it’s somewhat justified. The value for money is decent, especially if you’re visiting with a group and sharing dishes.
Overall Experience: Xero Degrees in Connaught Place is a great spot for those who enjoy experimenting with new food trends and love a good Instagram shot of their meals. It’s not the place for a quiet meal or if you’re looking for something light and healthy, but if you’re in the mood for something fun and indulgent, it’s definitely...

Read moreWe visited Xero Degrees, Connaught Place, with a group of five — 3 adults and 2 children. Right from the beginning, the experience was disappointing. We politely requested the staff to let us sit on the sofa seating area which was meant for six people, but they refused, stating that it’s strictly for six even though we were five. We agreed without creating a fuss and settled at another table.
However, things only got worse from there.
As we decided to leave (since we didn’t find the place comfortable), my daughter happened to pick up a water bottle from the counter. The staff stopped us and informed us that the bottle was chargeable — fair enough, so I immediately placed it back. But then, one of the staff members falsely accused one of our friends of taking another bottle without paying. To avoid an argument, I paid ₹10 right there.
Later, once we were outside, my friend clarified that she never took any bottle at all. So we went back inside to address the misunderstanding — and were shocked when the staff insisted they had seen her taking the bottle, which was absolutely not true.
Frankly, it wasn’t about ₹10. It was about the extremely poor and disrespectful attitude. Accusing a customer of something they haven’t done — and then doubling down on that accusation — is not just unprofessional, it’s offensive.
This was a deeply unpleasant experience for our entire group, and especially upsetting for the kids. I will never return to this place, and I strongly do not recommend Xero Degrees to anyone. There are far better places in Connaught Place that value and respect...
