A couple of years ago we had lunch in this hotel that was awesome, but now they are not maintaining the quality and hygiene. Before going to this hotel please read the negative comments too. Cons: 1. They don't value the customers. 2. They are not washing the vessels properly. 3. They are forcing the customers to buy the water bottles, which is more than the MRP rate. MRP is around 20 but they're charging 30rs. 4. The hotel management said that the water is not pure so please buy the water bottles. We had questions that how these foods are made. Answer: these foods are cooked with the impure water. 5. Your food card, Sodexo coupon will not work. I have attached a few images.

We had ordered Tava Pomfret (2 plates), kerala fish curry, apollo fish fry, fish in pepper, plain rice. The only saving grace was the Tava pomfret, sadly. The apollo fish fry was decent. The pepper fish we thought and had asked them to make it curry as it was mentioned under main dish. But they goofed it and we ended up with 3 starters! The kerala fish curry was a disaster! Having been eating Kerala curries for such a long time this one had to be the weirdest looking given its yellow texture and a more creamy taste. Would give it a miss next time when around. The overall environment is pretty soothing & relaxing. Get yourself a beer while here

Visited la terrase a day before Christmas. It was too crowded. I had ordered a pizza and waited for more than an hour. They goofed up my order and served it to someone else. Later at closing time they told me that they don't have the ingredients for pizza. I reminded them many times in between still they made such an error. I was furious with hunger but the waiter was laughing when he apologized. Spoilt my evening entirely. My friends had veg noodles and prawns biryani which also arrived an hour late. I regretted going there.

Sweetly surprised abt thia restaurant..went in there as a last second decision..was walking to get an auto to go to some other restaurant..just checked this restaurant reviews.. decided to go in... We were a group of 7 people.. orders were hot and sour chicken soup, sweet corn veg soup, chicken steak, chicken fried rice, garlic chicken, veg pizza, veg pasta, paneer manchurian, veg noodles, butter naans....to my delight all of them were good..it started with the spicy hot chicken soup..one of the nest i hav had..i dont drink soup much but still this was good..steak sauce was too good , i would hav liked some mashed potatoes with steak , fries were good though. All the dishes were good and prices nominal...bill was 2080 rupees including few goli sodas..Service was pretty fast and the ambience was okay..the entrance path s a photo place.. definitely...

La Terasse has a lot of work to do to rise to mediocre. We had aloe gobi with pulau rice. It tasted as if was cooked by an amateur with no talent or interest. The chairs were plastic & uncomfortable, the ambience non existent. We were really hungry and left feeling disappointed. The rice dull but ok, the aloe gobi was very poor. At the end of the meal I asked for the toilets & the waiter shrugged and said in a bored way ‘under construction’. NO TOILETS! This is not acceptable...what are customers meant to do?? I conclude that they have no respect for their clientele and have absolutely no interest in serving decent food in a comfortable setting with the essential toilet facilities. They are, however, happy to charge the same price as places that give all of these. For me & my partner...
