KYC papers submitted, confirmation mail also received. Still they didn't activate the account

Mismanagement somewhere down the line. Very arrogant staff. Higher level officers should have a surprise check on the way staff functions Again called by bank to show mail we received to unlock our account, as if they don't know

Better banks options Will close all accounts including PPF and go to preferred HDFC bank This bank is only torturing valued customers for no reason

Again our account blocked

Where is the management, anybody to look at the greviences of customers. Head office should scrutinize the staff and rectify the problem. Internal inquiry regarding the staff should...

This bank is one of the pathetic bank I have seen in Pune camp branch poor service …whenever you communicate through email they will say Internet is not working system is slow system is not working??? Or they don't want to work only wasting customers time, there NRI department has very Understandard staff as cannot reply to the email. No response to your any email , need to have young staff to improve overall performance...
