I have ordered many times from this restaurant hoping to dine over here and review it in detail, but today I finally had the opportunity to visit this restaurant for a hearty lunch. I had gone here tremendously hungry and one small mistake from the restaurant side could have made me mad. But as usual, Dhaba Shaba Veg Bistro didn't disappoint me at all. In fact I'm more impressed now. Mr. Joy was very kind enough to give us a very comfortable sitting and service. It is a small place and can accommodate a maximum of 55-60 people at one time. But the ambience is very cozy and comforting. The good music adds up to a wonderful dining experience. The staff and service is very prompt and courteous. Coming to the food, all I had was simply superb! No other words could describe it in a better fashion! The paneer was very fresh and the gravy was perfectly spiced and flavourful. The rotis and naan were well cooked and light on the tummy. The food and its quantity rightly complements the pricing. Overall I had a dining experience which will be memorable. The food tasted better than what I usually order. This might be because of the good service of the staff and the ambience :). I’m usually very selective when it comes to giving a 5-star rating, but Dhaba Shaba exceeded all of my expectations.

Food: Every dish from starters to dessert was exceptionally well prepared and full of flavor. We tried the Dahi Kebab, Paneer Tikka, Dal Tadka, Jeera Rice, Chur Chur Naan, Gulab Jamun, and Mango Mastani — each of them deserves a solid 10/10. The flavors were authentic and thoughtfully balanced, making the entire meal thoroughly enjoyable.

Service: The service here is among the best I’ve experienced in the hospitality industry. The food was served promptly, and the staff was incredibly attentive throughout. A special mention to Mr. Zaheer Shaikh, who took care of our table — his warm demeanor and excellent food recommendations truly enhanced our experience.
