Gandharv Restaurant is truly a hidden gem for food lovers who enjoy a wide range of flavors under one roof. Whether you're in the mood for comforting South Indian classics, hearty Punjabi dishes, or flavorful Chinese cuisine, Gandharv never disappoints.
The first thing that impressed me was the warm ambiance and attentive staff. But it's the food that truly steals the show. Their South Indian menu is top-notch — the dosas are perfectly crisp, idlis soft and fluffy, and the sambhar full of depth and authentic flavor. However, their Dahi Wada deserves a special mention — it’s light, fresh, and the curd is perfectly spiced, making it one of the best I’ve had in the city. From the Punjabi side, the paneer dishes are rich and flavorful, with soft chunks of paneer soaked in creamy, well-balanced gravies. And for those who love Indo-Chinese, their starters like Manchurian, spring rolls, and crispy veg are always served piping hot with that perfect street-style taste we all crave. It’s rare to find a multi-cuisine restaurant that excels in all three areas, but Gandharv has truly mastered it. Whether you're dining with family or friends, this place guarantees a delicious and satisfying experience every single time. Highly...
Read moreWe went to this place after ganapati visarjan and that day we had Umbrela with us bc of rain. We were sitting in right side AC room on first floor, after our dinner we forgot our umbrella at our table. Once we were out the waiter their took the opportunity and threw the umbrella under the seat and when confronted him he denied the doing after we asked manager to check cctv they were asking for warrant and saying we are not police so get out. We were like you guys are doing this for a simple Umbrela that shows how much you are conserned about the service. By brother was looking around the table and when he found the umbrella waiter said you guys might have left it there were as before my brother he himself checked it below the sofas abd said there is nothing below. If you see here the owner is not interested in serving people any more he has such thiefs working for him. Think about the food they will make if they have such a behaviour with other things. I use to love this place bcz of all the childhood memories but now we hate it bcz of such a bad experience that too for a simple 200/- rupees Umbrela. Shame on...
Read moreOne of the oldest restaurants in city! My father used to take me there since my childhood! ➡️Quality: Quality is good. I always order Paper masala dosa which is my all time favourite! Dosas are crunchy and yummy. (3.0/5.0) ➡️Quantity: Paper masala dosa is the size of a table. Served with 2 bowls of Sambar, 2 small bowls of chutney and one bowl of scrambled potatoes topped with cashews. The size has decreased over the years. It's still a lot bigger but i have had when at the time when even 2 people can't finish it. (3.5/5.0) ➡️Prices: Prices are a lil high. Prices have had tremendous changes over the years and considering quality and quantity they shouldn't be that much! (2.5/5.0) ➡️Ambience: Kinda boring. Outside seating, Non-AC seating and AC seating. But pretty simple and old school. (2.5/5.0) ➡️Time: It can test your patience! If you're not in rush this can be a really good place to eat but if you're super hungry you might just wanna skip this place. They take their comfortable time alright! (1.7/5.0) ➡️Staff: The staff is friendly and well spoken as well as attentive. (3.5/5.0) Parking...
