Hotel Manas, Satara Pune branch, has long been associated with the rich and distinctive flavors of Satara cuisine. Many patrons, both locals and visitors, come here with the expectation of enjoying that original, traditional taste that once set this restaurant apart. Unfortunately, that signature Satara flavor is now noticeably missing, and it significantly affects the overall dining experience.

The restaurant still offers an extensive range of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, with a menu that appears rich and diverse. However, the taste falls short in almost every category. What was once known for its authentic and bold regional flavor has now been replaced by a more generic, diluted version that lacks depth. For regulars who fondly remember the old taste, the current food quality is especially disappointing. The very essence that made Hotel Manas special—the unmistakable Satara-style touch—is no longer present.

This loss of authenticity is particularly disheartening given the reputation the restaurant once held. Dishes that should burst with local spices and traditional techniques now feel bland, uninspired, and forgettable. It feels as though the restaurant is trying to cater to a broader palate at the expense of its roots, and that decision doesn’t seem to be working in its favor.

On a brighter note, the ambience is pleasant, clean, and suitable for both families and groups. The service is average—neither bad nor exceptional—but could benefit from better coordination and attentiveness.

In summary, while Hotel Manas still offers variety and a decent atmosphere, the complete lack of the original Satara taste makes it fall far short of expectations, especially for those who knew and loved its...

I am visiting this place since 2years and not even once i saw compromise in quality or quantity. Additionally staff is extremely welcoming which hardly is...
