Haldiram's — Restaurant in Pune

Poor show ! Awful food. Not once, tried thrice..Dosa was horrible. Some chaat somosa or something was just bunch of horrendous spices mixed random.. so was cholesterol bhatura..at 3 occasions..has made up an extremely poor impression on the brand now after consistent experiences. They are from my side on a downslope with regards to quality, Customer experience & basic cx service. In the shop, one guy asked us to sit in a table..later we realized we sit after making orders at counter..! Can keep writing lot more. But sum total..poor show and not a place to be..I ain't an influencer..Just a customer who expects basic quality and response for the money paid..

Thanks for the prompt reply. Highly appreciate and wishing you best. The last of my visits was 3 days back, ordered Plain / Policy Dosa or something like that. Trust me, batter was so flat..not fermented and dosa was like a heavy pan cake filled with lot of oil..I never expected authentic dosa to be honest..but some semblance to Dosa should atleast be available. We ordered some chaat variety as well. Again it was stuffed with lot of masala with no palate at all. Will be good if you get into details of menu. I see lot of high reviews. Aim was not to tarnish image.. but extend a honest and unbiased review. Appreciate the response.....

Halidram is changed now in customer service . I am a very old customer from Nagpur college times Very Happy to see them in pune with full meal menu. Visited number of times 10

Initially their customer service part was poor ( Like no table service , less daal with more rice & more issues )

When my experience of airport & pimple saudagar was awesome

Airport Haldiram- I ordered Sampurn thali ,at 313 – Found issue with my mix veg (My regular dish here), raised it Pratik & team was so humble & quick to understand the issue , checked and reverted that – yes issue is with new chef – he said he will replace the same with anything I need – That gesture was made my day .

Also issue was there with Daal quantity in thali , major of customer will be needed xtra bowl dal – when rice quantity is high.

Initial days there were strict no or lots of discussion on management policy for daal ka small bowl after paying for thali , later on they have understood the customers need & now its awesome –(On Request they do the needful )

Haldiram's in Aeromall is a welcome sign for vegetarian foodies. They have a choice of freshly prepared snacks, Chaat, pizza, sandwiches, Mini meals, bowls, South indian breakfast items and even their usual pick & go shop with plenty variety of packed and ready Sev, bhujia etc. with sweets.

All this in a very cosy & stylish interior with plenty of seating options.

I have tried their Sandwiches, Raj Kachori, Chole Bhature, Pav Bhaji, Rice Bowls, Meals and more. The food is usually very good... But their meals (dal/paneer/naan) the taste can be a hit or miss. I've had better chole bhature outside so I won't comment.

The whole approach of Haldiram's is to make Indian delicacies in a healthy & clean way and the taste also isn't overpowering largely serving all kinds of foodies.

The ordering process can be better as the staff seems a bit distracted and you have to give coupons yourself but the food is served to your table.

Avoid the mocktails. Water is hell lot expensive. Overall...
