PATHETIC SERVICE! NEVER AGAIN!

I visited Hotel Asha yesterday and had one of the most frustrating dining experiences ever. I ordered kababs and a main course, and the waiter told me it would take 20–25 minutes to prepare. I agreed and waited patiently.

30 minutes later, the waiter casually tells me it will take another 20–30 minutes because they had a "large order" and apparently didn’t even start preparing mine! On top of that, he had the audacity to suggest I start with the main course while they bring the starter later. What kind of restaurant serves food in reverse order?

This is completely unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful to paying customers. I was so angry I left the place immediately.

Never coming back to this place again. Absolute disaster. Avoid...

Not ok for parcel process

I was order for some foods in large size and still when I get that parcel then I realised that which ordered I was applied is not proper

No taste , Less quantity & all vegetables is not available in that parcel

After that I was call to reception and complaint for this then they said will manage next time pls do not come now

This is not professional way of talking with customers

Taste wise food is brilliant, asha special chicken biryani, chicken tikka masala, chicken bhuna are some of the best dishes they offer. It is slightly costly given the ambience of the restaurant which is OK at best and does not have air conditioning. Biryani starts at around Rs250 and goes up to Rs 330. Chicken gravys range from Rs200 to Rs300. Service is also just okay, you won't be sitting here for long. Overall, I'd rate this 4 stars if there was better ambience, air conditioning and slightly better service. No complaints about the taste of...
