Disappointing Experience with Hyderabad Dum Biryani Wala

I'm writing this review as a warning to others after a terrible experience with Hyderabad Dum Biryani Wala. We ordered their signature biryani, expecting a flavorful and satisfying meal. However, what we got was a dish that was overwhelmingly spicy, to the point of being inedible.

Despite our requests for medium spice, the biryani was prepared with an excessive amount of chili peppers, making it unbearable to eat. Unfortunately, we didn't realize the mistake until it was too late, and we suffered the consequences.

The extreme spiciness has led to severe stomach pain, heartburn, and other digestive issues for our entire group. We're extremely disappointed in the lack of attention to customer requests and the careless preparation of their dish.

Warning: If you're sensitive to spice or have specific requests, think twice before ordering from Hyderabad Dum Biryani Wala. Hopefully, they'll take steps to improve their customer service and food preparation to avoid causing harm to others.

Update: We hope the management takes our feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to prevent such incidents...

Worst experience ever, the cashier/person serving was the worst.

I went there for the first time, asked him what is the bestselling item, he suggested all items that were the most expensive in their menu. Then i ordered chicken shawarma and half chicken dum biryani. I asked whether they give raita and onion with it or no, i was like if they dont then i'll pay and take it, he was like we give give it. But l, i ordered paid the bill, waited and took the takeout with me, when i reached my place and i checked there was no raita or onions with it. And biryani rice were stale and smelling bad. The chicken shawarma i ordered was dry and worst in taste. I called on the number that was present on google, the person never responded back with the solution.

NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONET GOING HERE.
