We recently visited IHOP for a Sunday brunch and had a positive experience overall. Here's a breakdown:

IHOP in Pune has a long road ahead of it. The Ceaser salad was limp and made with readymade mayonnaise, nothing crispy or fresh about it sadly. The pasta with Rucola and lemon had one Rucola leaf, one!!!no lemon, lemon flavour and barely any olive oil to carry the flavour through,and it was served barely warm!! even though they fixed it, I'm afraid it in no way improved the flavour or quality. It's pasta!!!!!!! The hashbrown with ham and swiss was so bad ,I had to return it. The potato was crumbling, had no seasoning and the cheese they had thrown in was a regular sliced cheese!!!!! Not Swiss. The chocolate cheesecake pancakes were overdone, dry, with barely any cheesecake in the batter and no cheesecake icing in sight. The only saving grace was the chicken tender and fries 🙄 I am low key horrified because this is IHOP, it's your name on the line, even if many don't know what to expect of the international chain, they know what a pasta, salad and pancakes should taste like and this for the price point was complete rubbish. I would not recommend this place till I know they have made an effort in fixing their food, not charging for the dishes still leaves people leaving not just unhappy but...

My first visit to IHOP Pune was a delightful experience. The food was simply awesome. We ordered the Florentine Benedict, Garden Omelette, and Classic Veg Burger. The food quality was top-notch and the cheese was particularly noteworthy.

After savoring these dishes, we moved on to their specialty—pancakes and waffles. We ordered the Blueberry Pancakes and Classic Waffle. The best part about their waffles and pancakes is that they are savory, perfectly balancing the sweetness of the blueberry compote. Both the pancakes and waffles were amazing.

The service was exceptional. The staff was very knowledgeable about the menu and ready to accommodate customizations. Special mention to Amrit, who handled our numerous orders and customizations flawlessly. The staff was attentive to all our requirements.

Coffee was not so good. Was too milky. Can be skipped or ask them to make it strong if you like strong coffee.
