Sharing what happened on Wednesday afternoon 27th June 2018.

My mother : “I need three Oreo Shakes small size” Employee #1: Who is talking to someone on phone and was least interested in taking order - “The shop is closed for 10mins. Come back later” My mother : “ Why? The store looks open” Employee #1 : After another two minutes he finished his call. “Ok Kya chaiye?” My mother : “ Three Oreo Shakes small size” Employee #1 : “ ₹530” My mother handed him ₹600. Employee #1 : Threw the money back (not exaggerating, it almost fell on the floor) saying “Change nahi hai, I cant take your order” My mother : “Ok. I will give you card”

Thats when he reluctantly placed the order. Till then Employee #2 arrives from his break and makes us the order.

Surprisingly, Employee #1 was marked as ‘Employee of the Month’. I wonder who made him ‘Employee of the Month’.

Wanted to give you one star for your employee’s rude behaviour, but giving your an additional star for the milkshake which was tasty.

The above conversation took place on three different occasions within a span of 1 and a half month

ARREY! if its Not Available Then WHY O WHY do I see it on that big bright light display board !

The response at the counter was : somewhat vague , the server said its not his problem , its the way it is...

Now this Is What I want you to change:

REMOVE the item name from the display board , because it is unavailable, Show /Display items which are available only, so that the customer knows what is available . The above simple measures not only project your brand as a dependable one but also helps clear communication.People get to know what they can...

Well the reputations exceeds for keventers. Personally for me, I dont know if i made a wrong choice in sundae or what?! but i ordered "dark confession sundae" and it was crushed oreo biscuits and kit kat in vanilla icecream. So yeah, it was little bit like a hoax but to even it out, i didnt know if we could get the container of keventers and i was shy enough to ask as well.
