Terrible Experience, Ordered Veg, Got Non-Veg

I recently visited Kok-Pa with high hopes for a delightful vegetarian meal, but unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a disaster. Despite placing a clear order for vegetarian food, the restaurant served us non-vegetarian dishes instead.

First and foremost, the mix-up with our order was incredibly frustrating. It demonstrated a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for customer preferences. As a vegetarian, it's important to me that my dietary choices are respected and accommodated properly, but this restaurant failed to do so.

To make matters worse, when we brought up the mistake to the staff, their response was dismissive and unapologetic. They showed no sense of accountability for their error, leaving us feeling disheartened and ignored. The overall customer service was abysmal, and it only added to the disappointment of the incorrect order.

Moreover, the non-vegetarian dishes we received were simply not up to par. The flavors were mediocre, and the quality of ingredients was questionable. It's evident that their focus lies elsewhere, as they clearly lack the expertise and finesse required to create a satisfying vegetarian experience.

Small outlet. Non veg food is awesome. Quantity is large and priced very reasonable. Mostly frequented by FC college students. Whenever I visit Pune, I make sure that I either have lunch/ dinner here. They have veg options too. Try KOK PA chicken rice with chilly chicken. Very tasty. Finding sitting place after 830 pm will have waiting time, because this joint is very popular and there is heavy rush in the evening hours. One sealed water bottle is provided with each order. There is no minus option other wise I should have given it -100. Extremely unhealthy, uncooked, tasteless, and stale food. We ordered home delivery Manchurian gravey, Manchurian rice and hakka noodles. I have never ate such kind of bad Chinese food ever! We have kept their parsal bag and bank receipt due to eating small quantity in case if we get some stomach problem we can complaint about them. Rest of the whole food we thrown away....
