Tucked away on FC Road, this hidden gem of a restaurant isn’t immediately visible to the casual passerby. You need to look closely to spot it, and once you do, make sure to park your scooty or bike in designated spots, as the area can get crowded. Known primarily for its delectable desserts, the restaurant offers much more than just sweet treats. Their menu is filled with a variety of options that cater to all tastes. From savory fries to a unique twist called "frifles" (fries served in a savory cone), there’s something for everyone. For those with a sweet tooth, they offer freak shakes, waffles, pancakes, and an assortment of live ice creams, with a chance to customize your own flavors. For a more hearty meal, you can enjoy Chinese noodles and rice, burgers, and even indulgent cheese pull monkey breads. They also cater to fitness enthusiasts by offering protein shakes paired with ice cream. During my visit, I indulged in several dishes, including the monkey cheese pull bread, pizza, red sauce pasta, and three live ice creams. The restaurant was packed, likely due to a live ice cream promotion, so I had to wait a bit, but the food was worth it. The flavors were varied, with the ice creams being the highlight. I tried two Rocky Road and one Cookies and Cream, and they were so delicious that I couldn’t resist ordering them again. Although the food and experience were fantastic, the bill wasn’t exactly light. It’s not overly expensive, but it’s definitely not budget-friendly either. This is a place best visited on special occasions to fully enjoy the variety of dishes without...
Read moreMisleading Advertisements and Lack of Customer Response - A Disappointing Experience with IceKraft & The Secret Kitchen.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with IceKraft & The Secret Kitchen's website, and it left me thoroughly dissatisfied. The company's online platform not only featured misleading advertisements but also showcased a disappointing lack of customer responsiveness.
Upon browsing their website, I was drawn in by what appeared to be enticing promotions and offers. However, to my dismay, these offers turned out to be deceptive, and the actual details did not align with the advertised content. Feeling misled, I decided to reach out to the company to address the issue and seek clarification.
Regrettably, my attempt to communicate with IceKraft & The Secret Kitchen proved futile. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, my messages were met with silence. The lack of response was not only unprofessional but also reflected a disregard for customer concerns.
It's disheartening when a business not only engages in misleading advertising but also fails to address customer grievances promptly. This experience has left me with a sense of frustration and a reluctance to trust IceKraft & The Secret Kitchen in the future.
In conclusion, I would caution potential customers to approach this establishment with caution, given their misleading practices and apparent indifference to customer communication. I hope that this review serves as a warning to others seeking a reliable and transparent experience when dealing with IceKraft & The...
Read moreThis place is literally an underrated gem of FC road. Wanted a nice place to hang out with friends on a quite Sunday morning and luckily came across this beautiful cafe. A photogenic cafe with super cute ambience. Outdoor seating is available or you can also enjoy a cozy seating upstairs. The cafe was first located in the Venus lane, but it is now located in a lane, where all the two wheelers are parked near Joshi Wadewale.
Would highly recommend their 'Tandoori Pasta'. Absolutely delicious, creamy with a slight tandoori smokey flavour with lots of veggies- excellent fusion of Italian and Punjabi. My second favourite would be 'Little Bankok Pasta'. All the Thai curry lovers should blindly go for this. Perfect blend of coconut curry with italian herbs. Chinese lovers can go for the 'Beijing Pasta' Don't forgot to pair your dish with 'Mint Mojito' or 'Blue Caracao'. Apart from this they also offer Indian and Chinese appetizers, burgers, pizzas, fries different types of noodles and rice, the classic maggi, a huge variety of desserts, coffee, shakes and much more. To sum up, this cafe offers almost all of the dishes that everyone from your friend's group or family would enjoy!
