The place is well planned with a simple yet comfortable dining area. They have an open kitchen sort of view where you can see the kitchen team diligently baking pizza in the multiple kept ovens. The hygiene is well maintained. The menu is divided into 4 simple categories of Starters, Pizzas, Pasta and Desserts. Each one has good options to select from and you can’t stop ordering just one dish. The pizza comes in a thin or normal crust and they offer 25+ toppings to choose from. The pasta in the pink sauce is recommended which enhances the taste. Another interesting thing on the menu is ‘Calzones’ which is basically stuffed fried Pizzas. The stuffing is more or less the same, only that this is 10 times hotter. You can also relish on the variety of the dessert they offer. You get everything at an inexpensive price which encourages you to explore and try a lot from their menu.

1 Star (Would give 0 if I could) I had an absolutely horrifying experience with this restaurant. I ordered pesto pasta for delivery, and halfway through eating it, I discovered a cockroach in the dish. Yes, a cockroach—right there in the food I had already been eating. This is not just unacceptable—it's downright disgusting and dangerous. If I hadn't noticed it when I did, I shudder to think what might have happened. Clearly, there is a complete lack of hygiene, food safety, and quality control in this place. Serving food with insects in it is not just poor service, it's a serious health hazard. To make matters worse, when I tried calling the restaurant immediately to report this, no one answered the phone. No accountability, no apology, no support—just silence. What’s even worse is that a situation like this reflects gross negligence on the restaurant’s part. It makes me question how the kitchen is maintained, and whether they even follow basic cleanliness standards. I strongly advise everyone to think twice before ordering from here. Crazy about Pizza? Then this place is heaven for you. ONESTA has newly opened their branch at Seasons Mall and trust me this place have an amazing open area Sittings are which is quite relaxing. The place is huge and as per the size of the place their menu is also huge. You will be getting lots of options to choose your pizza's. The best thing about them? They have Unlimited Pizza in the menu where you can have Unlimited pizzas with unlimited garlic bread sticks with 1 fizzy drink and 1 dessert, starting from ₹419 for veg and ₹449 for non veg per person. I tried some pizzas and I was quite impressed with the toppings and the taste of the pizza. My personal favourite were Prawns Pizza where they actually put ample amount of prawns and it is just scrumptious. Other one was Chicken Kheema burst pizza which was so Delicious in taste.
