The worst hotel experience we've ever had in Pune. We were visiting for the first time and thought that this would be a good restaurant for the open seating, but unfortunately, when we started to order food & he accepted the order, and at the last moment, at 11:45 a.m., he was saying that we cannot serve this food, We literally had to leave the restaurant as they did not have anything to serve ou order, as bluntly they denied.

And the waiter manager (Mahesh Gavade) talked to us in a rude way and left us without having food. When we came out of the hotel, they moved mine & my friend's locked bikes to the other side without asking us to park their owners' four-wheel vehicle. Newly opened. Staff was courteous. Taste was okay. Considering the competition around they will have to be more professional. We ordered chicken angara kabab as suggested by captain. It was supposed to be medium spicy. But it was too hot and we couldn't enjoy the dish. We were sitting outdoor. There is a marriage lawn beside and some function was going on so there was loud music. Also no sufficient fans and the available ones were faulty. Some sparking was happening in the outdoor sitting area but management seemed not much bothered about it. Plus when i had requested for a different seat as the one which was provided was near to toilet of the showroom i got once which was reserved and after half of my meal the waiter said me that the people are about to come so asked me to shift to a different seat...
